I urge... STRONGLY urge NO ONE to shop here. The guys working here are more concerned with hitting on female customers and the rest of the staff look at you like trash if you're not wearing the dopest street ware brands with fresh sneakers.... I ask to try on a pair and I sit around waiting for 25 minutes just for them to bring them to me.... They turned out to be too big so I asked for the next half size down... Same thing... Im waiting and waiting and waiting. People are purchasing things, other customers are being brought shoes to try on and I'm being completely ignored. All I did was ask to try on a pair of shoes. I eventually left without buying anything and another Shoe palace with employees that have no idea what customer service is let a sale walk out the door....a $230.00 sale walk right out the door at that.

Came in for shoes, grabbed them and gave the worker my shoe and size request. Came back with a bigger size, after watching him walk around for 5 min w/it in their hand. Oh good my shoe is here. Except that it is a hazard as she was DROPPING several shoes to sale s person from upstairs! Glad nobody walked in! Pretty sure that is not in their SOP.

The worst experience at this store not a one employee acknowledge me or my wife , had the shoe already picked and neither employee asked if we need help . Highly don’t recommend this store for your shoe shopping needs

I am a former retail sales person and the service and attitude and effort I received was awesome! @Kidus and @Rachel are fantastic people and deserve a huge shout out! Next time I'm in Vegas, I'll be back! Thank you Kidus!P.S. The Store manager was amazing, I'm sorry I forgot her name!

Denesha helped us pick out our new sneakers, her positive energy is so uplifting like a breath of fresh air. All the staff here were amazing and went above and beyond. we felt so supported and appreciated!! We will definitely make it our tradition to buy shoes here every time we come to Las Vegas! Thank you !!! They have a huge selection of sneakers as well with good prices!

Rachel was amazzzing! My guy and I traveled from Indiana and walked in with a vision but couldn't find anything at first. We explained it to Rachel and she brought back the perfect show! Plus extra! We can't thank her enough. We appreciate her going over and beyond. Showing love from Indiana.

The manager Denesha is the best, she is so professional and attentive to all customer. And it's such a pleasant store to shop and get all your attire. I love that energy and vibe in the store.

I had 5 pairs of shoes picked to try on, and only 1 of them was in my size. Apparently their inventory is slim to none. Staff was friendly enough.

Hubbers and I were walking through the shops and discussed how people can afford anything in this general area. I even had the nerve to say, "Eh, I'd rather go to the outlets and find something similar that doesn't come with a hefty price tag." Then we dropped by this place out of curiosity just to see if they had Converse kicks (I'm a fan, what can I say.) What I found instead are a few pairs of Nike's that were priced ridiculously low. As the story (and assumptions go), I thought, "They probably don't even have my size." But just to satisfy that curiosity, I asked anyway. Staff (my bad for not remembering her dang name!) said, "We got it, no worries." I ended up with 4 pairs of shoes - one for Big Bro and 3 for me (and 2 of those 3 are the same exact pair!) I asked why these particular shoes were priced so low. She said, "We're trying to decreased inventory to make room for new ones." Finding a bargain like this in a place where everything seem substantially expensive is nothing short of AMAZING! Point of the story is: I shouldn't be so presumptuous. I'm glad of the stop. Will definitely make another one next time I come around.

This place sucks. Walked in and was greeted asked for a size in some Air Jordan's and the group I was with also asked for Air Force 1s and they told us they'll get them for us long story short they never did we waited while we saw the guy and girl we had told our sizes to come down with other shoes but ours and when we asked they said "I'll go check" we ended up leaving after waiting for 20 min.

The rep that was helping me was AMAZING! but her manager was not willing to correct their error! I was already checking out with a beautiful pair of pumas that said it was 49.99, well when she rang me up it was almost $80.00, when the rep reach out to her manager she said a customer must have changed the price, when I asked her of how was I supposed to know she just said there was nothing she could do and walked away to the next register.
