So I came to this store today before eight o'clock, and they would not allow me to buy shoes. I spoke with the manager.His name was Jay. We argued for a few minutes. He told me the register was closed, but I told him I'm here before closing time. This store is unprofessional and they close early. I really needed shoes to go to my party, but I guess I have to figure out something else. I guess I will not shop here anymore, nor refer it to any of my close friends. Thanks for being rude and unprofessional.

Navea trinity and Jeremy were very helpful shopping for kids is always stressful but they made it easy for me also a few weeks ago I was looking for a pair of shoes for my honey I spent an hour in the store indecisive but trinity took her time with me long story short he loves his vapor maxs ! Thank you all for being awesome

Horrible employees. Went to buy new shoes for my son and 1st of all the close is supposed to close at 8. Staff started kicking people out at 7:20 talking about make your last selections. Not only is that an inconvenience since there's still 40 min left to close & 2nd the staff doesn't even help you after that they all run around acting busy but really aren't doing anything. Asked this guy for help 3 times and he "forgot" everytime. He didn't even bother going back to check before saying they didn't have that size. Mind you he never went back he went up front to talk to the only cashier girl checking out. These employees are LAZY AND DONT WANT TO WORK. Do better man that's sad as hell.

I went to two shoe palaces today and they both gave me terrible customer service.The air is out so it’s hot as hell in there.It took the associates a long time to come help me and they never once greeted me. The associate that helped me had an attitude when i asked him to do his job. Then when he came out he gave me the wrong shoe size and tried to tell me i had the right shoe size. He left to grab the right shoe size, i was waiting over 15 minutes. I left irritated, hot and sweaty

All the teenagers that work there have no customer service skills and they all act like every customer is trying to steal. Who wants to support a business that runs like this?!… Too many other places in Las Vegas to buy shoes. DO BETTER✔️

The larger store inside of the Las Vegas Meadows Mall is probably the worst shoe store I’ve ever visited.. tried to get help from multiple employees they just stare at you and pretend they’re busy in order to avoid helping you..
