I have been using this location to ship packages for about a year from now, but after today I will no longer do so. I mailed out a package that was already labeled and everything through USPS. Said package was dropped off on 11/13 at 10:51 am. It is now 11/16 and the package still has yet to be scanned in by USPS. I made this location aware of the situation on 11/15, and they informed me to call them if it still had shown it hadn’t been shipped by 11/16. So, this morning I called to inform them of the situation, and they let me know they were going to contact their usps supervisor about the situation and that I should receive a call back in 30 min. Well, I never received the call so I went in. Even though I have always been very kind and understanding, I was told that they did not have an answer for me and that an “email” would come through about the situation. I am frustrated partly because no one can give me an answer about this packages whereabouts, but more importantly I was very discouraged by the way I was spoken to. They informed me they have “no control over what happens to packages after they leave the building” and that “if I am so concerned about it I should just take my packages to the post office instead of here.” I used to use Ship and More because of the friendliness of their staff, something the post office tends to lack, but seeing I am treated the same through grace and patience, I guess I will just have to go back to using the post office. :(

I’ve had a post mail box here for almost two years… everyone that works here is so incredibly nice. They are always prompt with helping customers and I’ve never had any problems receiving my mail, even large packages. 10/10!

Came in with USPS QR code and they didn't have the scanner. They did a work around and were able to help me anyways. Great experience.

I went in for a 6 month PO box and was in and out in 15 minutes. Great customer service, made sure my key worked, showed me where the box was, will definitely renew!

I requested a phone call back about my refund and I never received it. I went in person multiple times and although the staff are friendly, and told me that there has been multiple times that packages have been shipped late by mistake from computer system, their manager refused a refund on a late package. He has my contact info and I will be disputing this. Refund my money and do this the easy way because I work for a law firm and I will get my money back regardless.

I paid for overnight fedex shipping and the package arrived a week later and they refused to refund me the extra $200 for overnight priority..I paid for overnight shipping of a package via FedEx at this location and the package didn’t get there for over a week and even fedex admitted that it was their fault when I called them as there is no weather that delays that long but they said they they would refund me after the manager called, but he wanted to keep the money. The ship and more manager said that he could not submit a refund request without contacting FedEx, but he refused to do so on the spot and said that I should call him. When I called, I left a voicemail and I called every day for a week and got no response back. therefore, I called FedEx and asked if he put in a refund request and FedEx said he had not done so. However, the manager claims that he did so in a Google review response and that was a lie. He simply wanted to keep my money give me the services were not provided and FedEx and they would provide a refund because they failed to deliver. This is not an ethical place run by ethical manager. I cannot recommend this place even though I’ve done business there for over a year because of this one incident.

When I first started cominghere it was good now the blk girl call her self trying to be funny when I come in ….(I’m blk so not being racist) I guess they wanna be funny cause my packages came up missing before and I definitely was going to get to the bottom of it :) don’t care who felt what type of way when I work hard for my money period but if you can’t say nothing to my face then don’t try to be with the funnies big mama

This place won’t update their hours on google nor Apple Maps. Says they close at 6pm and I drove far to get here just for their doors to be locked at 5:15 pm. Another person tried to go in as well and looked as dumbfounded as me when he also realized it was closed. People depend on google SEO and business platforms to be correct and updated. Ship and more, if you are reading this and you need someone who can do proper SEO and google business profile management, I know someone who can do that.

Drove 15 minutes to get my mail. Doors are locked an hour before the 6 o’clock closing time.
