I bought these tennis shoes in this store we went to Los Angeles and it was raining and they got stained I came and they said they don't change them what bad service and bad attentionI contacted them following the instructions they responded to me but I never received a response. You can see how serious they are and how bad the service they provide. The shoes are not original.

Ordered my dunks online for a store pickup. Soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff. Easy process. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Store was pretty clean and plenty of parking space.

Rude as hell … I asked someone for help and he looked at me like I was crazy after I asked for help and said WHAT.. like he didn’t understand what I said and LITERALLY continued what He was doing as if I was bothering him. It’s a simple I don’t work on the sales floor someone will be right with you. & the person beside him didn’t say anything either so I guess that’s just how they treat customers.. I would NEVER spend money here poor customer service. & reading the reviews might confirm why I was treated like this. Could’ve Been complete racism.

This store is pretty nice. However, the one in Town Square is our usual location. They had a lot of nice stuff, but found we liked the other location more. Also, nobody greated us or offered to help, unlike the other location we go to.
