Exceptional Service by Luis - A True Gem in Your Store!I had the pleasure of receiving outstanding service from Luis during a recent visit to your store, and I felt compelled to share my gratitude.Frustrated after a futile attempt at another store, I stumbled upon your establishment with just 30 minutes until closing. Looking for my husband's Christmas gift, last minute of course. Luis, not only turned my evening around but went above and beyond to help me find the specific jacket I was desperately seeking for my husband's gift.Despite only one jacket left, Luis didn't hesitate and searched the back until he triumphantly emerged with the exact item I was hoping for. To my surprise the price was even better than what I had anticipated at the previous store. Luis's dedication and exceptional customer service left me beyond happy and immensely thankful.I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for Luis's outstanding efforts. His exemplary customer service has undoubtedly secured my loyalty as a customer, I will undoubtedly be a returning customer, eager to spend my money in your store. I went in there cause I had extra time before a appointment. I bought 2 pair of shoes and the 3rd pair They didn't have in my size. The gentleman Hafiz was very kind and called Meadows mall to hold a pair for me. Hafiz was super nice and friendly unlike the employees at Meadows Shiekh. I will Definitely go back to Boulevard Mall but not to Meadows Mall.

I'm one of those people that defaults to leaving a 5 star review as long as the experience isnt overall bad. My experience has been incredibly unpleasant so far it's been EXTREMELY inconvenient. I pre paid for a pair of shoes on the app and was told I could pick up in store. What's strange is that upon arrival some hours later, I was informed that they did in fact have the exact shoe I paid for, but have to wait for the shoe to be shipped to them, which prompts a second email letting me know the shoes are available for pick up. Perhaps I'm missing something, but if the wait time for shipping to a home address and paying to pick up from the store are the same, what is the benefit of pre-paying for store pick up? I digress. I purchased a second pair of the same shoe because they were there and available.... But apparently it was not possible to give me the pair and complete my pre-purchase order..... I paid again, and said I'll just give a call to the customer service line to return the other pair. It's now been over 7 days of calling the following numbers and trying different combinations of selection to reach a live person and I've been put on hold for 30 mins and then hung up on, multiple times & have not had one single pick up from the physical store where the shoes were sent here at Town Square in Vegas. I'm truly baffled & feel like my business means nothing. Feels very close to being scammed. I've made two purchases & cannot get a hold of an employee of sheikh if my life depended on it. Don't believe me? Try it out. I work a very demanding schedule so clearing up time to run by the store for a 2 minute conversation isn't an option. I'm incredibly disappointed & feel like the Shiekh communication system is a sham. It's clearly set up to detour customers & send you in circles until you're too discouraged to resolve whatever your problem is. Leaving sheikh with you're money & you with no resolution. Shame on sheikh. Also, a smile goes a long way.... If the in store employees are not naturally people oriented or pleasant to engage with, provide some customer service industry training. I went in close to closing & although no one was rude. I felt like the interactions would have been more pleasant at Payless.

I called and the girl put a pair of shoes on hold I then drove 35 miles to buy the shoes I get there and they sold them....... I got ab10 she says I wear a 12... terrible!!!

I definitely felt like my business didn't matter here. I came on Sunday, May 7th around 4pm. My wife was going to buy some Jordan's in the boys section and I was going to buy some Jordan's in the men's. When I asked if these Jordan's were available, the guy simply pointed to another girl employee. I then repeated my question and I felt some attitude from her when she said what size? I ended up trying on the display shoe and after trying it on I was thinking of getting it; however, neither employee said anything to me or my wife for that matter. I did look at them and the guy seemed busy helping others but the girl was just at the counter, talking to him about something. Anyways, I don't like writing bad reviews but customer service is huge to me. I don't get this treatment at their competitor companies, like shoe palace, foot locker, finish line, etc... funny fact, we went to finish line a few stores down and the guy asked me right away if I needed anything, opened the door for us, and even asked my wife if she wanted to come in and cool off because she was going to say outside. They didn't have the same Jordan's I was looking for but it was just the complete opposite experience. Hopefully, if you go there, you get a different experience from me.

What time does this store close?! It says 10pm on Saturday, but obviously not. I came at 9:45pm for a pick up and the doors were locked! Waste of time and gas!

It would be nice if they actually answered their phones. I had forgotten about a purchase I made so I called the store to see if they still had it available for pickup before I made my way to the store and no answer despite calling numerous times within their business hours. Called the next day, same thing. Either they have no phones or no one answers the phones.

Don't shop here management is awful and disrespectful. They completely lied to me about winning a drawing and even when I called an employee told me I won and could pick them up. I drove from mount Charleston to town square for him to finally tell me I won a spot to purchase them even though the app says I won the shoes and to pick them up. Nothing on the app says the price or informs the person that you must purchase them. Wont be shopping here again. DONT FALL FOR THE DRAWINGS ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
