This location has amazing staff who are extremely knowledgeable with all the products. Andrew was absolutely brilliant with welcoming us in and helping me choose correct paint and tools.

I received a great customer service here in the past but this time, I was served by an extremely rude lady with blonde hair and Asian descend. Her demeanor and tone of voice was condescending, rude and extremely disrespectful. She was so quick to ask me to go to another store instead of telling me when she might have the product. I hope she gets some training on better customer service. I game more than 1 star because she seemed knowledgeable on paint colors

I'm here only because I offered to drive. My officemates are picking out new paint colors for our new office. They had three color swatches and needed to match the paint. It's not so easy and we spent a good hour finding the right mix. The staff were very helpful and patient. We got three pints of paint to sample. Then I took everyone out for a well deserved cocktail!

Came in two different times, one for grabbing paint samples and the other for purchasing paint. Both times customer services was helpful. The store is well organized and they have other products related to painting.

Andrew provided the best service. Came in to look for supplies to paint the new home and didn't have a clue there were so many options. Andrew gave me the 411 on the different types of base and was very helpful. They also have a promotional sale going on right now 25% off everything until 7/25/23.The store was clean and organized. Very easy to find the colors we need. Lots of cool sales on paint supplies and on gallons of paint due to overstock in addition to the overall 25% off sale. Right now is the time to go if you're working on some home projects.

Searched for the matching paint at the big box locations and no one could color match for some reason. Two young men helped me who were proficient with the equipment and matched on the first try!! Al white paints are not equal!!
