We bought a color a white paint and it turned out pink so we went back to see if there was anything that could be done to change the undertone, althought the guy in the front of the store said maybe not, the guy working in the back(NICK) told us that he wanted to give it a try and he nailed it, he gaved us the exact color we were looking for. Thank you Nick!

Horrible experience here. Worse customer service ever. The adult motioned to the kid to talk to me when i walked in. I handed him a swatch of color that came from LOWES but years ago. I asked him if he can make this paint, he saud he can color match but cant be done today. I said great thats no problem. Im just glad you have the metallic paint then he said well we dont have that here. I said but the color "includes" silver metallic paint so how can you color match but not use metallic paint? He didnt answer the question. He then told me to go to the competitors lowes or home depot. I told him ive already have spoken to them thats why i csme here. Lowes btw has paint mostly supplied by guess who sherwin williams. He said they usually cater to residential, im a woman did he think i wanted it for commercial? I had gone to another sherwin williams and they had the metallic paint bht this bigger location doesnt carry it. Told him this and he said the smaller locations have more paint? What???the old man not once try to help instead they both let me walk out mad. You dont get customers that way.

My wife and I were looking for certain color combinations to paint the inside of our new house. We're from Northern California so we checked several places there with some success except for one or 2 colors. Since we're here for a week we decided to see if the S.W. stores here had it. This store is really pretty tiny and does have quite a few colors but when we went in there we were outnumbered by sales staff most if which couldn't of cared less. The items here aren't by any means overwhelming you can definitely walk in figure out if your item is there and be out the door in less than 2 minutes. Really a store that's taking up space for no reason. Find a bigger store ( there has to be at least one) where you'll find what you need for sure
