Just had cataract surgery. They are very professional, organized, and friendly. Procedure went very smoothly, everything explained in detail, very efficient. Very pleased with my results. Dr Alder is the best!!

The doctors there seem to know their business. They are very professional and yet caring at the same time. The staff has a lot to deal with as they seem to get backed up quickly, but I'll wait in line for good care in Vegas, where there is so little of it. I'll definitely go back.

Took both parents in for an exam last Friday. Dr Peterson was outstanding and took good care of them both! He listened to each of their concerns and was patient and kind. Truly rare these days! Thanks Dr Peterson

This is a great group of professionals. They have a friendly staff that works together to make your visit comfortable. It's a process they perfected and ultimately, it makes things easy. The most efficient medical office I've ever visited.

Check-in is easy and efficient. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. Service delivered timely and doctor review of annual checkup at end of appointment was professional and informative. I have been a very satisfied patient at Shepherd Eye Center for many years.

Dr. Theodosis and staff were superb in my diagnostic visit. They were all kind, polite and efficient. The operation is a well oiled machine. They all are the best! I highly recommend Shepherd Eye Center.

I saw Dr. Reddy today and he is the most wonderful doctor I’ve ever seen. He’s been with Shepherd Eye Center for quite a few years now and he gets to know you as more than just a patient but also as a friend. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor and I am very confident that anyone who chooses him will be glad they did.

I had to look out of my area for an eye center to correct cataracts. The Shepherd Eye center staff were all professional, caring, and knowledgeable. My surgery went without any problems and the staff was great in following up to make sure I was doing well.

Shepherd Eye Center is organized and efficient in their process. There’s no long wait to see the physician and/or techs. It has always been a wonderful experience every time I come for my annual checks.

I swore that I would never go back to Shepherd Eye clinic after my first visit 8 years ago. Their procedures are not infallible. Recently I went back for another eye exam because I needed new glasses and wanted to give them another chance. Was I ever wrong! The staff is still rude, the waiting is atrocious and the optometrist is perhaps the most condescending person in a medical profession. I had to take my eye exam twice. Those tests are not perfect. After spending nearly $1600 on glasses and not being able to see well enough with my new prescription; I decided to wait until next year and go back to Eyeglass World. In the meantime, he said he found a tear in my retina and sent me to one of their sister companies, Retinal Consultants of Nevada. Talk about a shady business! I waited nearly 4 hours for my laser eye surgery. They only had one doctor on duty and it was apparent he was in a bad mood. He numbed the wrong eye before starting the surgery. The pain was excruciating. I kept telling him that it was painful but he didn't listen. It took me over 6 hours with a cold pack on my eye before the pain subsided. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but Shepherd Eye!

With our world today, & everything that comes with Healthcare I was so Very pleased with my experience at Sheppard Eye at Pecos & McCloud, the staff are so professional , informative & caring. I must admit I asked myself is this for real . In today's world of ours very seldom are you treated with any regard - just a number- But not here at Sheppard ! It was a great experience the whole stuff were great, I went there for a second opinion on cataract surgery, and was told I didn't need it at this point, unlike their competitors who said I needed it right away.I like honesty and Dr. Stewart was honest with me,I highly recommend this place for eye care
