I arrived at this gas station to use the restroom to be greeted by a locked door and about 10 other people waiting to get in. Turns out the registers were being changed. No big deal. The whale sized female manager eventually comes out and threatens to call the police on everyone if they don’t go away. Completely unprovoked. Woman needs fired.

Where I can report Gas Water . The gas here is water very bad quality. I put $25 In my car the 89 oct. my still like the same they not go up . Is ridiculous i not come back here .

There's a long haired young gentleman in this gas station that is probably one of the better convenient store employees that I've ran into . Very helpful , friendly and courteous. I only hope this Shell recognizes a good thing when they see it

Good for gas, standard shell station.. but terrible if you have to go inside. Second time I’ve had to deal with Norma at the register. She is extremely rude and unsanitary. She was eating something before she rang us up, then had the nerve to stick her finger in her mouth then touch our drinks. Gross.

Clean coffee station, helpful friendly staff who were both knowledgable about the Shell Gas Points program and encouraged me to sign up. I stop here for gas always when travelling north on the I-15.

Came in here to use the restroom while my boyfriend was at the junk yard in the same parking lot. Pretty busy when I walked in, few customers in line. Both Ladies at cashiers greeted everybody that came in. Asked if I needed a key to use the restroom & got an answer in the same instance all while the cashier who responded to me was assisting customers. Highly appreciated because some workers will ignore you or have an attitude. Bathroom was SUPER CLEAN. Not even any trash in the trash can inside the stall yet. Toilets clean. Toilet paper & toilet covers all stacked up. Came out, both lines were empty. Went to get me a fountain drink, the area was super clean as well, and they had a lot of gear options for food. Other cashier had rang me up with a friendly small convo about the "no mask" thing all while we both had ours on Don't know why it has such low stars, my small experience there today was good. Maybe because it's Valentine's Day?? lol. Anyways, thanks for the awesome customer service !

I just got told to wear a mask by a girl employee wearing a mask below her mouth . I can't be in the store spending money without a mask but a girl employee doesn't have to wear hers . She wasn't even nice about it .

Every time I come in here there is some kind of drama happening between the employees. They have bad attitudes and obviously no customer service skills. I'll go down the road from now on

If you have dogs the Karen inside will yell at you that you're not allowed to walk your dog there because it's not a "dog park". There's no such law this lady is having a bad day or life. Kind of surprising they let her work there since she's much uglier than any dog I've ever seen. If dogs aren't allowed, why is she there? Oh well enjoy peaking as a minimum wage employee, minimum wage Karen. Do that next time and you'll get five across the eyes mediocre monkey.
