This black girl with a mask on had the audacity to give me attitude because of the way i repeated myself… talking about you don’t have to do all that….she lucky i kept my cool and didn’t just go to another gas station. Terrible customer service from her. Don’t know that name and i should have got it

Cashier let me wait in line behind two people and then wouldn't ring me up because it was "shift change" despite ringing up the last person literally less than one second before me, ringing up the previous two people after his relief walked in the door, and me being the only person still in the store. And I was just getting gas.

This is my neighborhood gas station and I also like how they have different items from local grocers and farms and local businesses so I really do support the Green Valley grocer I really enjoy their store it's nice and convenient and they always have what I need.

Came in to grab a cup of coffee, the dark roast was running out and wasn't enough. George was attentive and saw that, asked politely if I'm in a rush and took the time to brew a new batch for me. Didn't ask for it, or even have to look for help, very hospitable and friendly. It was really unexpected at a gas station. Probably the most genuine service I've received in awhile. Will be back for more coffee!

I spoke with the Store Manager, she was very understandable. She listened to me and said she needs to look into it. The Store Manager, did said that she would call me back. I haven't heard anything back yet, but the weather has been crazy lately. So, I'm just waiting , So today is March 15th, so I decided to rate Shell a 3 star from a 5 star. Why you may ask. My mother went in and was charged for two different amounts. I just wanted to find out what happened. But the Store Manager hasn't called me back.I do know, I won't be going over there.?☹

Newly opened. Always cheaper gas price than other places like about 20 cents. Also really friendly manager and staffs. Highly recommend.
