I used to go here everyday as it's right next to my house and an easy trip, until today at store #18 when some new drug addicted looking clerk shorted me my change and acted like I wouldn't notice. Upon saying something she attempted to chase me out of the store with the appropriate change but the damage had been done. Can surely say I don't trust any of the new hires as they cause issues everytime I come in.

Early morning visit and these employees are very rude. It's too early for this nonsense. I asked for their fountain machine. The lady clearly didn't know the pop machine was labeled as a FOUNTAIN machine. As I'm in the bathroom they proceed to jiggle the handle aggressively. I open the door and a male employee pretended to be in the cooler. They are rude here and it's weird.

Although Yelp lists this as Green Valley Grocery, it is also a Shell station. It is the Shell Station that has brought me here sporadically since the mid 2000s when I drove a Saturn. That then, I worked nearby and stopped off on the way back from work. In recent times, I have stopped by on the way back from The South Point. What is interesting is that this Shell/Green Valley Grocery looks exactly the same during the Joe Biden Administration as it did during the George W. Bush Administration. Located at the northeast corner of Maryland Parkway and Pebble Road, I have found this to be a stress-free gas station experience. It favors northbound Maryland Parkway and westbound Pebble Road with accessability. Unlike the Chevron /Terrible's two lights north at Windmill, this station is uncrowded and spacious. I have never had to wait for an available pump or had anxiety about being blocked in by cars. The immediate area appears to be safe. This is a relatively clean gas station that has not been defaced by gas pump graffiti and vandalism. Prices are competitive. Upon writing this review, the gas costs $4.09 per gallon. Inside, where you pay for the gas in the Green Valley Grocery, is no Wawas or Maverik. It is on the dingy side. However, their prices are competitive on beer, water, and snacks. Service has been hit and miss. A few visits back, the Clerk welcomed me immediately and was telling me what a great deal their Eternal Water is. Now, on the last visit, I had to wait to inconvenience the Clerk to stop texting so that I could pay for my gas. My chances of returning are a 4 of 5. I am fond of Shell gasoline and patronizing gas stations that are stress-free places to fill up.

Most of the time my boyfriend and I go here there's no one at the register while the line of customers grow. You'll go around the corner to find the employees vaping and hanging out or in the back area behind the registers chit chatting. Someone had to go and grab one of the workers to ring everyone up. I'm not expecting customer service to be like a high end shop but c'mon...

Rude clerk. Sorry to interrupt your "free time" aka sitting in the back on your phone ignoring customers. The car wash sucks, told me the wash is "complete" after spitting water at my car. I had to go all the way back inside to ask her for a refund/rewash. She rolls her eyes and says something smart then laughs at us as we're driving our car back in. The car wash doesn't even use soap, $10 for a hose wash? Ridiculous. That and everything is so over priced lol like $7 for a bag of gummies. Girl bye go anywhere else.

Warning!!! Dont Go here Racist manager!!!! i've been coming to this location for over five years now this morning I was pumping gas at 9 AM and I overheard the manager telling a Black gentleman that he couldn't wait in the gas station area the gentlemen told him that he was waiting for the bus it was really hot outside he could get a stroke from the heat and he asked if anyone complained but manager said no and did not care manager told him to go back into the sun and there was really nobody pumping nobody complained! I find it very racist and wrong for him to do that his name is Bobby and he is a manager and he shouldn't be working here anymore its out of range for anyone to do but a manager wow!

Must be nice to work here graveyard. You get to sleep the entire shift. How about your manager roll those cameras back at 2:45am. I bet they're zzzzzzzzzzz.....Tried ringing the doorbell.... No one answers. This place is losing a lot of late night business with their employees sleeping on the job. Really pathetic. All I wanted was to gamble here. Could easily drop hundreds in the machine. Hope that nap was worth it. Perfect example of lazy employees under lazy management.

Not quite sure if the cashier was just having a bad day or what, but the cashier that assisted me wouldn't even speak to me, she looked at me like I was trash or something... Never in my life have I been treated so rudely and never again will I visit this store. Unbelievable....

I have yet to find a Green Valley Grocery that I don't loathe going into. Their HR department seriously needs to take some classes on how to hire. Although most of the employees here are somewhat friendly, there are one or two who should NOT be dealing with the public. This one is near my home but I go here as little as possible. I'd rather drive to 7-11 on Silverado than go the two blocks to this store.
