I paid $25 for a car wash and inside vacuum and window cleaning. After an hour (because only one person was taking in cars) my dashboard is still dusty, inside front window streaked and my outside mirrors have watermarks. We'll no longer be taking our cars in for gas or wash.

This air pump we went to has a built in guage. You adjust the PSI to what you want. Proceed to put the air in, untill you hear the BEEPs or see on the screen it says END.This is super dope (especially if you dont have a personal tire guage).This will tell ypu when u hit the level you were wanting ur PSI at.It's $2.00 for 5 minutes and it was more than enough time to get all 4 tires done.Well done Shell on this...

I love coming here! They have full service and the prices are great. If you need gas and want good old fashion full service this is the place to be. Andres helped me pump my gas and washed my windshield. Yes give them a tip!! They work hard!!

I recently visited your store asked cashier if there was a bathroom she lied. I was going to purchase gas there. I had food from next door luckily Roberto’s was hospitable and allowed me to use bathroom. I don’t see why the cashier was rude. I even said that she shouldn’t lie about bathroom. Rude overnight employee.

I understand requiring an id for alcohol and/or tobacco but I have my physical id that expired and my renewal but the new card hasn't gotten here yet and she wouldn't accept it. I wish I did get younger when it expired!

5:00 a.m. and I'm stuck in need of a tire gauge. The clerk was very friendly and helpful, helped me find what I needed, The Air station worked great, and you can't beat a 24-hour Roberto's in the same building.

Please find some competent workers. It took 10 minutes to buy a soda because the cashiers had no clue how to transfer a customers points for the car wash account. Go down to the shell on Durango they are much faster

Just needed to use the restroom and instead get a snarky response about them being closed even though it's a 24 hour store with 2 restrooms that are clearly supposed to be public restrooms.

Pulled up into self-service and was greeted by a friendly woman who ask is I needed assistance. Nope, but thank you anyway. For whatever reason, it took a long time to get my cc approved. The same woman came over to see if she could help. Nope, my cc is good and I'm ready to fill'er up. Saved $0.10 with my Smith's rewards. What fabulous hospitality at a gas station. I'm going to get my weekly fill up here!

Tall guy working there. Derek; rude, smells like smoke, seems like he doesn't care about anything. Needed help with my car and I might have as welled talked to the wall. Would've been more helpful and smelled much better.Do not go here and I will be telling everyone to go to Chevron instead.

100% of the time I get SEE CASHIER when I use pumps here then the price of gas is WAYYYY higher than like every other station in this city. Total trash. Won't waste my $ or time here again.
