We have been coming here for years and the quality price and customer service has always been spot on. Today I wanted to leave a review for the cashier Jessie. I was a little befuddled today and had not anticipated getting a car wash since I just had one a week ago. But we had high winds and blowing rain which made my car look like it had mud thrown on it. He was very considerate about that. I was impressed. Then I left my stamp card on the counter and he found me. I thanked him for being my lifesaver today and just wanted to give him a big shout out!! Thanks Jessie!

Stupid people they don’t even do the regular job. Please don’t take your cars for full detail. They’re all like cheating on you and they charge you for the full detail and they never doing the good job. That’s why they have on the Google two star review all people aware of this people which is the doing it cheat on you and they charge you after they charge you. There’s a lady skinny tall lady like it stupid she don’t speak like you well and she think that she’s doing a good job but no she’s ready and respectful lady. Please don’t try to take your car online over there all workers manager all owner stupid people don’t take it over there please

Came in at like 11 said Hello to the cashier as I walk in and asked if there was dog food. Cashier cursed at me saying **** No. I asked if he can check and he Cursed me again saying no ****ing chance. It was not busy at all but he acted like if he couldn’t move from the register. I start walking out and he come out to smoke a cigarette while another customer walked in the store.(0/10) Customer service. Just go across the street to the chevron. It’s was A man with glasses if getting asked about dog food is setting you over the edge to walk out and stress smoke that’s has to be a issue with keeping your composure in a situation.(Being asked if there’s food in the back).

Disappointed... they used a vinyl cleaner on leather dashboard!!! Super upsetting !!!! Went back they fix the problem but acted like they didn't want to help me !!!! Not my fault you hire a person that can not tell if it's vinyl or leather ....

I use to go to this car wash for years and no longer go there. In response to Jennifer O. be glad you're gone that woman is horrible manager if that's what they call her. She walks around there just nasty. I've watched her treat employees and customers horrible. I guess the owner must condone his girlfriend's actions. P.S. she doesn't realize she is old and looks ridiculous especially in her 6 inch shoes.

They took my truck around I've been here before never had a issue till today and they damaged the bumper on my truck and said it wasn't them told me to see the video to take them to court do not get your car washed from them go somewhere else

Mateo refused to sell me, Mike’s hard, cranberry lemonade, because he couldn’t scan my ID which I didn’t have. However, by law, in the state of Nevada, an acceptable ID is a U.S. State birth certificate (certified or copy which he declared was inappropriate ID. I had to take an impromptu trip to Vegas from Oklahoma City. I feel like my civil rights have been violated. I asked for the manager. He shrugged his shoulders and looked at me as if I was a bad person of some sort. To make matters worse, he straight up sold a Hispanic alcohol without asking for his ID. I’m just saying… the liquor store across the street actually sold me the identical beverage with my acceptable ID.

Absolute trash!! Don't let them touch your car! They act like they don't know what happened... And refuse to give up their insurance information. However, if I was to damage their property with my car I'd have to provide my insurance!! Metro did nothing.... after doing some research I found out that they get to wash their cars there for free....The trashcan lady in the 6 inch stilettos yelled for me to contact my own insurance. Don't trust them with your vehicle! Look up the complaints online and through the BBB Better Business Bureau.

I've been coming here for about 8 years with no major issues for the quick wash. Today I trusted them for an interior detail but I was treated as less than. Specifically pointed out the areas I needed cleaned at the outset (ceiling stains and A pillars). Attendant said it would require an interior detail for $130 and would take about an hour. I agreed. After more than 2 hours (on a Thursday afternoon, not too busy), I got my car back. Three cupholders didn't look like they were touched, front end of the car still had insects and bird droppings on there, and the ceiling stain was not cleaned. I approached a lady that had a lot of plastic surgery done. Asked if she was the manager and she replied, "Something like that." She might've been offended. I complained to her so she checked the car and came back to say you only paid for the interior detail, not the exterior so its fine. I said even the interior was not cleaned well so she went to check again. She came back and said it was fine now. That's when I took the pictures, and came back to show her. When I walked in, she was yelling at a different customer claiming he was a pusher on the corner. Terrible timing for me but when I tried to show her my pictures, she said if you want a new Infiniti go to an Infiniti dealer. Then she directed me to the car wash manager. He would not listen to me and said the car is fine, pay for the wash and get out of here. I will never be back, and I warn others to avoid this place for any type of detail work. Awful customer service and awful quality. I'm still trying to figure out where I went wrong. I just wanted a clean car and was polite at all times.

1st time here only because I was given a free "works wash" valued at $31.95. Water streaks on exterior. Interior leather wipe down was also bad, drip spots & some missed spots. Cup holder wasn't fully cleaned/wiped. Good thing my car is 14 yrs old. I would never bring a brand new car here & will not return. If you care about your car, go to a professional detailer.
