Mehling was super friendly, helpful, and professional. She always goes above and beyond to provide me with the best customer service possible. She is so good that everytime I go to this Sephora, I still remember her name. She took her time with me, my daughter and her friend when we were in there and made sure that we were comfortable. She didn't make my daughter and her friend feel like they were only there to steal and get free samples. So, thank you Mehling. Keep up the awesome work and I wish there are more workers like you!!

Love this store. Staff are very friendly and helped me find my correct foundation. So many options as well. You'll spend money because there are so many options.

2 workers were so rude never coming back here again. If I ask to see a certain product don’t tell me how horrible will look on me and try and sell me another and then completely bash all the products I’ve been wanting to try out and am excited for . It’s MY money and I’m just asking for a color match not for YOUR opinion and if you think the brand is too “ cakey “ for me

This review isn’t for the store, because my teens have gone in this store without me multiple times and are followed like they are going to steal something, not cool. This good review is for Michelle. I brought my daughter in for a new concealer for prom. Michelle was so friendly. She used the color IQ on both my daughter and I and matched my daughter to the perfect concealer that we ended up buying. She also made us some samples, which worked out amazing… so we will be back to purchase some of those products.

I wanted to take a minute to highlight an amazing employee at this location. As a Vegas local this is my go to Sephora. I met Mehling earlier this year & we both shared stories about our lives with one another. Each time I've come in after our first meeting, she remembers me and always goes above and beyond helping me. She is 100% authentic and genuine which is what I love most about her. I always leave feeling grateful for our interaction. Today I mentioned that I was a college student. She then asked me if I went to UNLV. We began talking about the recent tragedy that occurred on campus and I became emotional. She gave me the biggest hug & made me feel so comfortable during a vulnerable moment. Mehling treated me with so much kindness & I genuinely appreciate her. Sephora is lucky to have an employee like her

I can't remember her name because it's different and long lol however I loved her demeanor and she did a great job on my makeup. I'm glad I was able to make an appointment at the last minute for my 40th birthday.

I've been to this location five times and not one associate has ever greeted me, yet they all stand near the door. They pick and choose who they want to assist and out of all of the associates, I've only had one ask if I needed help. The location is the only thing that's convenient.

I have been a Sephora customer for a long time and I have always chosen Sephora above other companies. However, my latest experience at the Town Square location truly disappointed me. I came in to exchange an item I had ordered online, when I walked in, one person greeted me which I appreciated. As I walked over to the fragrance section, no one else bothered to say hi (no one was with customers btw) and the ENTIRE fragrance section was empty. It was mid afternoon on a weekday. An employee assisting another customer by the fragrance aisle made every single move to try not to assist me. She kept talking to ONE customer and I was honestly uncomfortable with how she was looking at me. I was wandering around the fragrance section for 10-15 minutes and NO ONE bothered to ask me if I needed help. I decided to leave and on my way out, 4 employees were just sitting by the front podium gossiping. It truly breaks my heart to have an experience like this as I have never experienced this at the usual location I go to - Fashion Show Mall. Very disappointed in this locations management and team members. I’ve never felt more profiled in my life.
