I'm going to Vegas to get married, and i wanted to make an appointment here for my make up. Payment is made in the store, but they need my credit card information to hold the reservation. Apparantly they don't accept Belgium cards. Because no payment is required yet, i asked customer service for help. But they refuse to make the reservation because i am from Belgium. I've never experienced this before. This is not the fault of the store, but of the customer service.

I went to Miracle Mile location on the Strip today. The aesthetician picked the perfect cover foundation to hide a recent scar. "It" cosmetics CC+ Deep blended well with my darker complexation and has SPF protection. Also, I liked the Bye Bye Dark spots Rich Warm 51. I always love going into Sephora's because I know I'll find exactly what will make be look my Best!

We stopped in here for a couple of things, they had the summer Fridays lip balm, Charlotte Tilbury lipstick, drunk elephant bronzing, Goldie and Rosie drops as well as many more drunk elephant products. They also had a full stock of the soul de Janeiro body mists, and body butters. (Including their new sent!) we ended up getting Tacha face papers, Sephora brand facemasks, and peace out early stage acne dots, like I said above the Charlotte Tilbury lipstick, and the summer Fridays balm. Overall, I will definitely be coming back here on my next trip to Vegas!

Let me just start off by saying that I work retail myself and I've never had any problems in the past with helping customers out especially when they're being respectful. I wish I got this lady's name because I would've wrote it in the review in ALL CAPS but it was a bigger lady and I kindly asked if they had an item in stock because the only one that I found was opened with a damaged box so when I handed it over to her at the register she looked at me dead in the eye and said " well is the item in the box?" While she's literally holding it. I said "yes, but is there more in stock so I can find one unopened?" And she says in the most condescending tone "OHH, U JUST DONT WANT IT BECAUSE ITS OPENED?" And her and the cashier next to her proceed to laugh because apparently I'm crazy for being concerned about an item that's going to be going on my face for being open she then just goes on and basically says if that's all I see then that's all they have and I just said okay nvm and walked away. I would've took it back myself if she wasn't so rude but why is a damaged item on the sales floor in the first place? Mind u there was no one else in line and only two other people in the store I really wish I got that ladys name cause she needs to leave that place if she's that miserable with her job

I have been buying a lot at Sephora lately, as I decided to change up my skin care and makeup routine. I recently visited the store in the Miracle Mile shops while I was staying at Planet Hollywood. I was helped by Sarah and she was amazing! She listened to me, didn't brush me off because I'm over 55. She complimented my makeup and helped me find new foundation, under eye treatment and lipstick with a liner. If I could shop this store all the time, she would be my girl!

Worst customer service!! We called because we were told from two other sephoras we went to that the item we were looking for was in stock at their store. We call and ask if they can check for us, the lady puts us on hold and then returns to tell us that her manager MELINDA said they are to busy and we can look ourselves online and just order it and pick it up. In disbelief we repeat what she said and yes in fact her manger said that! We tell her how that's not great customer service of her or the manager and she agrees that it's not and that it's wrong of her manager to say that but does nothing to help. I can't believe that we been a loyal customer to Sephora for many years and these employees act like it's a hard to find the item for you! Isn't that your job ? Very disappointing honestly !! This Sephora and the one on tropical seem to have an issue with customer service bc they are the worst ones I've ever been to! They need better training considering it's not a cheap drug store people go and spend a good penny!! MELINDA you shouldn't even be a manager I can't believe a manager working in retail would act that way!

Really good customer service. Was picking up something from the store for my friend, and I had no clue which item was which. Asked a question, and got my answers real quickly.
Really like the online buy and collect in store facility as well, because you know right away whether the item was still in stock, in the store, before you even visit them.
I also like that this Sephora at Miracle Miles, near Planet Hollywood and Aria, is close to everything central, along the Vegas strip. Overall very convenient, and very good location.

This Sephora is very "bad vibes" I don't know what's happening between the beauty consultants but they didn't look happy AT ALL and when I asked for help they made it seem as it was such a burden for them. I wanted to know if my foundation number had changed and the consultant that was "assigned" to help me didn't have the minimum idea of what she was doing, it took like 30 minutes and several "wait...let me ask and I'll be right back" for her to tell me to look at my APP for the number of foundation I wear? I mean...the thing is I'm TRYING to figure out the number, that's why I asked you in the first place.I will definitely say that the cashier was nice though.

The absolute worse Sephora ever. Was completely disrespected by Jessika while celebrating a birthday. She went to get a Dior Lipgloss that we requested and told us how long she had to wait on us while we were too busy talking. She then proceeded to mimic the way my guest walked in as we entered the store with the employee with the pink cat makeup. I returned the products to the cashier and walked to Inglot instead. Sephora has totally lost my service forever, and I will definitely take this complaint up to corporate level, not just for principle, but for hopes that this will not happen to any other guest by Jessika. Unreal.
