Horrible customer service on 5/4/24. I asked for help so I could make a purchase and the employee said “Oh sorry, I’m on my lunch break” and walked away. No other employee was around to help, so I left and won’t be back. Please train your employees

Not your typical Sephora-NOT in a good way. The Sephora isn't a store-more of a small,sad section of a mall. All the makeup products you would find at other locations aren't on their shelves and there products there are sparse. There are no makeup artists there to help you find your correct shade or any other makeup tips. Actually-there aren't any associates at all to help. There's only one employee desperately working the one and only checkout line and holding down the entirety of the "Store". Sucks because this a great location for SW Vegas, which doesn't have any Sephora stores, and this one is by far the weakest one I've seen.

Not the spot for men to buy cosmetics/hair/nail care. It seems pretty obvious the women here don't want male customers in their store. Not to be petty and post the story but they made it pretty clear they didn't want queer business.
