When we fell behind due to medical reasons they were very understanding and helpful getting us a discounted rate to move out instead of having to loose family photos and items that can’t be replaced. “Great place. I lost my keys to my lock and I called around and got prices to get it cut and it rains from 85 to 120 dollars. I decided to call to see if they maybe can cut my lock at a cheaper rate and to my surprise they had the cheapest rate available. It was free. I went down there so my ID we walked to my storage unit and literally in less than 2 minutes the lock was cut. Save me $85”

“I was greeted very warmly even though I arrived 10 minutes till closing (had to rush there after work to make it in time). I was treated with fantastic customer service! They offered to stay late so I could finish clearing out my unit I had won in an auction. Didn’t take any time at all to clear it out but nonetheless it was very nice for them to provide that kind of level of customer service so close to the end of their working day.
