I highly recommend Second Star as a custom jeweler. Chad, Gina, and Charlotte make an incredible team, and were supportive, informative, and honest through our entire experience. We got a set of custom wedding rings made to commemorate our 10-year anniversary and couldn't be happier with the process and end result! They took the time to educate us on the process, what was feasible, and gave us websites to look at options and ideas. After that we sat down and actually got to design our rings WITH them! They took into account everything my wife wanted and designed a ring stack that looked amazing. About halfway through the process it became evident that a portion of the design would not work well in reality, and they took the time to RE-DESIGN her stack OVERNIGHT. The passion, drive, and ability to listen to our thoughts and desires were reason enough for me to give them 5 stars and my recommendation. Factoring in the quality of craftsmanship and end result, though, gives me cause to mention that Second Star really deserves more than 5 stars. I would give 6, 7, up to 10. The rings came out better than the designs; better than we could have imagined. In fact, the only thing that sparkles more than my wife's new stack is her smile when you ask her about it! Second Star gave us so much more than just some jewelry - they gave design and customer service that is second to none. Highly, highly recommended!!!!!

What a great experience! I was trying to find two adjustable box necklaces of different lengths for a gift. I talked with Chad and Gina. Who knew how difficult it would be to get the color of the two gold necklaces match? Well, they came through and I couldn't be happier. 5 Stars! Definitely going back for my next purchase.

Me and my Fiance wanted a custom made engagement ring, and came to the one and only to have it done!! It was a very smooth process, I was able to ask questions and send suggestions and really get what I wanted for what we had to spend. When the ring arrived after being finished it was even more beautiful than we thought! Just an overall amazing and smooth processes. I'll never love another piece of jewelry the same!

This store, it’s owners and employees are amazing! They came to the rescue for a specific item I needed in a short turn around time. They were even able to customize my item right there at the store!! Super friendly, and bent over backwards to help me!! They genuinely care about their customers!! Love this place!!

Hubby and I came here to get a gold chain fixed and batteries put in his watches. Customer service was awesome! This place used to be called Brandon Jewelers, but was bought by Gina and her husband. We came back and picked up the chain, (good as new) but left the watches because they were going to have their watch expert reset the settings for one of them as it required a unique way of doing so. It took awhile because he was out sick with Covid. Anyway, hubby also wanted to replace the band on one, but it could only be replaced with a specific one which he would have to order himself and they would install for him. Long story short, we left the watches for about 3-4 months because every time we're about to go get them, something else comes up and we get side tracked and forget and when we do make an attempt to go, they're closed. Lol but Gina, recently texted me as a reminder and was more than happy to meet with us for pickup on a day they are closed. I definitely recommend them.

The nicest people I've ever met while shopping for anything. I don't know how to express properly how fantastic my experience with this place was.They were the most genuine people I've ever bought anything from. Super personable and very knowledgeable.I could give a lot of reasons to go but at a certain point it becomes just boring. They're awesome anybody looking to buy something or have something made should go here. 10/10 would go again.They made my girlfriend and I very happy.

a stone had fallen out of a ring that is very sentimental to me, and since this place is so close to my house i decided to try it out. now i'm not going to lie - i was a bit surprised at the price to fix it, BUT it did have some pretty serious damage to it beyond just the stone coming out. it is probably 20 years old and i pretty much never take it off, so it was dull and a little banged up. i knew i wanted it fixed, and this is a local small business so i went for it. it was ready very quickly, but i had trouble coming in to grab it (just busy). i came the day before thanksgiving and they were closed!!! i resigned myself to just getting it after the holiday weekend, but i checked again as i left the grocery store just in case, and saw them in there! so i just knocked on the window and they *very graciously* came over and let me in. they were so, so friendly through the ENTIRE process, including when i barged in on them on this day, and let me pay for the ring and gave it to me anyway! and let me tell you, it is SO beautiful - they shined it up, rounded it out, and truly perfected it. it now looks ten times better than when i first got it! and seriously, the friendliness and the customer service was outstanding. it seems like a family run business and they really seem passionate about what they do, and that's something i always love to see. i would recommend this place to anyone who needs any work at all on their jewelry, and they make custom stuff too! and with their passion and knowhow, i would trust them to make any piece.
