We purchased a fridge from this company, sales person was great. Then came the problem. I setup delivery. They delivered the fridge. They damaged the front of fridge. I contacted delivery service. Said he was going to come take care of it. Was a no show. Did this 6 times. Finally called the store. Store says it’s divert problem not theirs. Tried delivery again. No response. It’s been 5 weeks now. Problem not taken care of. I called store again. Sales person said he’d talk to manager the next day. Said he’d call me back. Week later haven’t received a call back. First pic was in store when purchased. Second pic is after delivery.

Eddie and Mike were beyond helpful with my experience at American freight! I’m so thankful for all of their assistance with my purchase! Eddie really helped me with information on my new bedroom set and made my decision to purchase quick and easy! Mike and Eddie at American Freight are great workers and anyone would be lucky to have their assistance while making a purchase!

They have good deals on appliances if you're okay with some minor dents and scratches. Workers are friendly and answered any questions that I had.

BEWARE OF DEFECTIVE APPLIANCES!!! Purchased a dryer in August 2024. Picked it up, installed it, turned it on and it immediately had issues. Very loud noise coming from the drum. So we Uninstalled it and returned it the same day. We decided to purchase another dryer during that same visit. Loaded it up, brought it home and installed it. I started my load of laundry a few days later. Come to find out That dryer only lasted 2 hours.
I called the store and they said we purchased it "as is" and the warranty is only good for 24 hours.
They don't just sell dings and dents appliances, AMERICAN FREIGHT SELLS DEFECTIVE APPLIANCES and we Will NEVER purchase from them again!! We waisted 4+ hours in 113° weather driving back and forth from home to store. Not to mention the money lost on the defective dryer and the gas driving all around town. Adding insult to injury, we also have to pay for parts and labor to repair this piece of metal.
VERY unhappy customer. Please think twice before purchasing appliances from American Freight.
