This place is an absolute scam. They have predatory loans that are poorly explained and hard to manage with their website or over the phone. They do not communicate anything to their members, and regularly change the details of payment plans without notice. DO NOT use SCE for anything.

Been with SCE for 11 years. This is the first time I've been disappointed with SCE. I mailed a check for deposit to the Lindell address on 7/5/21 it apparently has been lost. After calling the branch Natalia proceeded to explain that they don't receive mail at this address and only the Sahara Branch does mail in deposits and ATM deposits. It would be nice if that information was displayed online. Now how do I recoup the money(lost check). I believe someone at Nevada Power trashed it. I think it's ridiculous that each branch cannot perform mail in or ATM deposits. No where in the overview does it state no mail in or ATM deposits allowed.

So far, so good. Found a great rate for my auto refi through this credit union and decided to join the family. Oscar & Jeff worked on my loan from California & coordinated with Eddie Lakins to open my account. So far the experience has been pleasant. I like that they're a community bank and family oriented. The hours are roughly the same as a normal bank, they just open earlier. I like this.

I had some fraudulent activity on my debit card that messed up everything up generating overdraft fees. The gentleman at the counter I didn't get his name helped me fix the situation and really took care of me. Everyone knows it could be a stressful situation. I appreciate all your help

Been with SCE Federal for almost 3 years now and love them!! I am very happy with the service I get... I don't feel like "just another customer" like at the big banks... I feel like they actually care about me as an individual. I usually end up at the Southwest location because its by my work and they are always extremely nice and ready to help out. Everybody there is great, but most times when I go in to this location I talk to Phil Vale and he is amazing!! He goes above and beyond to make sure that I am taken care of. His dedication to his customers is extraordinary. When I need something out of the day to day normal needs, I go see my consultant, Kim Richo at the Sahara location. I can't say enough about how awesome she is. She always makes sure to take care of anything I need, works with my schedule, takes the time to answer my questions, and makes sure I walk away knowledgable and confident. I'd suggest them to anybody looking to make a change from big corporate banking - They'll take great care of you!

A bit off the strip, but the staff was very helpful. I came to make a deposit, my bank is a credit union in California and they took care of me quickly, efficiently and with a great attitude. Thank you for the cookies!!
