Update on my issue basically I got an answer saying that they are only responsible for cabinets. And that's all. Even though they were trying to repair work that was a defect. Again stay away!

Stay away...Been working on my kitchen for 3 years now. Italy always ships damaged, wrong products and to get installation of these defected products been waiting over 3 months.. The local folks are very friendly, but I don't think the company is setup to do business properly so far away from HQ.

Gorgeous kitchens and cabinets. Also, bathrooms are so functional. The showroom is great worth visiting and also to get inspired. Nothing new to me in Europe we use kitchens so modern already 30 years ago. HANNA, the store manager, is so knowledgeable and outgoing. Her personality is amazing. She is a great salesperson and designer. We love her style. I would buy again here.

Quality experience.Customer service and true Italian hospitality at this store. I am currently working with Hanna, she's extremely transparent, punctual and is clearly knowledgeable at what she does.I recommend this store for revamping your kitchen and you want quality work. Can't wait to finish the work that we are about to get started.

I love my bar cabinets from Scavolini. I worked with Hanna on the design and selection of materials and Fatima managed the install. The end result came out looking fantastic. The quality of the cabinets is superior. With tons of accessories, the design and configurations are limitless. The whole process was seamless. I was so pleased. As a stager/interior designer, I have already referred clients to Scavolini.

I spent over $100,000 on cabinets from Scavolini for my new home that I ordered in June of last year. It's now March and the project is still not completed. Such a big mistake using this company. The product comes out of Italy and arrived with a significant number defective parts and missing pieces. Clearly this company has no quality control. They did agree to send replacement pieces but those too took months to arrive and even then there were more issues. We still had missing pieces and defective parts. The fit and finish is extremely poor for cabinets in this price range. Now we are asked to wait months more for Italy to produce the replacement parts...again. This is totally insane. I dealt with Hannah who initially was excellent but then after all the mistakes that they made, refused to return emails or texts. There are lots of good quality cabinet manufacturers but unfortunately Scavolini is not one of them.

This new owners are the best people to work with my kitchen renovation they are super nice and very knowledgeable. I know these cabinets are not the cheapest cabinets you can find in Ikea or some local joints but you get what you paid for. Quality of cabinets is unbelievably great. Their designs are right on point. Highly recommended.

From our first telephone conversation with Belle to our installation she exceeded our expectations!!! Walter the creative director is very talented. He listened to our ideas and made them reality. The installation team from BCW were very professional and went the extra mile to ensure our install was completed to perfection.
