Update 1/31/24. Nicknamed. "No Pay Sante Fe". And the slots live up to its nickname. Its motel 6 with slots. I can not recommend playing or wasting money here. Enjoy restaurants but dont play..UPDATE. its been two months since my review and no comments from mgmt. Maybe im correct on my review? Its very smokey. Slots are very tight IMO. Appears stations tighted up to pay for new casinos on freemont and the new Durango station.Vents are dirty with smoke and it smells like it.

Great place to see a concert. Not a bad seat in the house.

The poor air quality in this casino should be illegal. When we left today, my spouse said her nose was burning. My lungs felt like they were burning. The air quality has deteriorated further since the new high roller room was plopped in the middle of the place. As soon as you walk in any of the doors, the cigarette smoke and smell floors you. Santa Fe is good about having abundant new slots, but you're literally killing yourself when venturing in to play them.

Small property in terms of a hotel+casino so everything is easy to find. Lots of activities like bowling, bingo, movies and restaurants. Team members are friendly.

There are illegally rigged slot machines all over this sleazy place. They have video poker machines that actually say they pay back 99.8% of the money you put in with optimal play, and others that even say they pay back over 100%. That means in the long run, if you put $1000 in the machine, you'll be losing $2. This is demonstrably false as soon as you start playing. They just steal all of your money and give none of it back. You can lose $500 playing dime machines. That's not 99%. And I know how to play. I've studied the mathematically optimal strategies for these games. Even if I was playing horribly, how can you justify the machine taking hundreds when it's supposed to take only 0.2% of your money? It's a joke. And every time I or anyone else I know has played those machines, it's been the same result. it's also worse when you go up in the limits. It's much easier to get decent hands with dimes than it is on 50c and $1. The real payout on dimes is about 25%, but the payout on the higher denominations is more like 5-10%. You barely win a hand. This is totally illegal. You're not allowed to manipulate the play itself. You're only allowed to manipulate the paytables. And you're also not allowed to lie about the payouts. The Gaming Control Board obviously allows it, probably being paid off in one way or another, but regardless, it's criminal.

I cannot describe how pleasantly surprised I was this trip! My husband and I have been staying at different station casinos for the last 25 years. We have stayed at the Santa Fe the last couple of visits due to location and the shutting down of other casinos. The rooms were the cleanest I have ever seen, smell was perfect! Did not smell like cigarettes the whole trip(I just quit in May after 32 years, super sensitive to the smell ). The staff from valet , front desk, housekeeping, operators on the phone, Starbucks , cafe, keno, bingo, sports book, cashiers….everyone went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. And we felt welcome! I do not leave reviews. I have shared this in 3 different spots.Rooms: Very clean!!!Food & drinks: Anything you could possibly want ! Available 24 hours.

The only reason I go to this casino is because it’s less than a mile. This is basically the stepchild of Station Casino. You go to Red Rock and realize it as soon as you enter. My main issue is with the betting terminals and the rewards terminals.I’ve brought this to the attention of management with no resolution. Most of the betting terminals will not accept the betting vouchers, which is very frustrating. The rewards terminals, according to floor supervisor, have no way of testing. I’ve gone on several occasions and not ONE of the rewards terminals were working.Strangely, you go to Red Rock and MOST-of the terminals work fine.I already know what you’re fixed response will be like, we are continually striving to do better and apologize. Well, . After 3 years you know it’s just a canned response to do absolutely nothing. I’m a retired technician. If I were in charge of these terminals I would test them on a daily basis. Thanks for allowing me to vent.

They have gotten so cheap for billionaires. They aren’t here for locals. They are only in it for them self. On line it says 300 points for a so called free gift. But then you go and they want a 1000 points, which equals a grand in play. Go to local bars where drinks are free with out a light system. They sold ufc and got horribly tight any way. You can’t win on there at machines any more. Help the mom and pop bar.

great place to gamble! you get a variety of food choices with their food court and the other food places the casino has to offer.though beware of creepy security guard named andrew, he stalks and harasses women when he doesn’t get the girl’s number though gets his security buddies to do it for him…creep

There isn't too much to get excited about. It's an OK place. The rooms are OK but the beds are so low to the floor that there's no concern if you fall out of bed. The bathroom is squishy and the toilet it so low that if your quads aren't in decent shape you'll never get up. The toilet paper is basically located under your arm pit so in addition to the quad workout you'll get some yoga in too.

If the bed wasn't so comfortable I wouldn't even leave a review. I was only there for a few hours so an honest review would be hard to do. The bed though! The bed was as comfortable as any Ritz Carlton I've stayed at and that's a huge task.No one at the front desk at 3am. Took 10 minutes to check in. Not the friendliest people either but that could be the time of day I guess.Rooms: Bed was extremely comfortable.

Did not stay here but went bowling here resonable prices. the pizza place was amazing the pizza was really good. THEY WERE CLOSING AND THEY GAVE ME A FREE SLICE VERY KIND. TASTED LIKE NY pizza. If you ever have a room temp slice from NY and it taste good you know what I mean. When you get a hot slice it's great but to get a cold slice and it's even good. That's some good pizza

I will probably be gambling here more often as it has in some ways become preferable to Red Rock to me. It turns out this is 5-10 minutes closer to where I live, and is on my new work commute to the new office location. The facilities are older, but it is packed full of good games and good odds from what I could see on video poker and blackjack. I also really enjoyed the food I had here, and service was much quicker than I am used to at Red Rock. I will be back soon!
