Customer service from the membership desk to front end needs to be greatly improved upon. Prices are good, some items less then Costco but having all my product rescanned on the way out and standing in that line for 10 minutes waiting to get security scan will keep me from shopping here ever again. I will put up with higher prices at Costco due to the fact Costco personnel seem to be more professional and customer service oriented instead of the negative service at Sams. FUBAR.
I received an email from customer support wanting to know what went wrong after reading the above. I sent them the following;
Your company needs help in customer service etiquette especially at store level. Your employees look like they don't want to be there it's a very sad situation for shoppers as when they see associates with frowns on thier faces and not greeting customers then customers will eventually not want to shop there. It's really that simple, employees not making customers feel welcomed....

Café always closed more than 1 hour before the store closes. Their café machines are always broken.

This particular Sam's Club was great. The options on shopping or amazing and the aisles were whiter than the Sam's Club nearest to me.

I do all my shopping there they keep the store stocked up good for as busy they get place is very clean just go early or parking is really hard the only thing I don't like is they have 2 many spots for pickup don't need all thoes spots

I recently visited Sam's Club to buy a birthday cake. I was welcomed happily. The bakery was very helpful and answered all my questions. I picked up fresh produce. After a long line I was cashed out by a happy cashier. Then headed to Café to grab me my favorite pizza and pretzel. Vanessa cashier was very fast paced and knowledgeable of her menu. Answered all my questions & very helpful. I thought she was a supervisor. Very great asset to the Sam's club.
I will be visiting again and again. :)

After the reconstruction , the pizza, became disgusting, there was a wonderful tasty combo with good dough, now the dough is just disgusting and pizza 4 meat is terrible, I would like, to feed it to the manager who allowed it to be produced
