Been coming to this sams club for years and it has little by little the customer service has gotten worse. Today I came in and bought yogurt at the Cafe. They said the machine would take 5 minutes to be ready. Okay no problem. 30 minutes later they say its not ready it will be another 15 minutes. It's 45 minutes by then. Still nothing. I understand the employees can't make the machine go faster but why not just say "sorry, our machine is down" instead of continuing to sell? Then they tell me I have to get a refund at the customer service desk. Oh you mean the desk with 1 employee and 10 people in line? I just walked out...I've already spent so much time standing there waiting. By the time I walked away there were 6 other people waiting on yogurt. So unnecessary.
I can get yogurt anywhere but the thing that upsets me is that you can't play with people's time like that. We have jobs and families. Just be straight up and say sorry, it's not working. How hard is that?

YUMMY FOOD! This is the place to go thats in the enterprise area to get all the stuff you need however workers dont let me buy stuff without a membership cause there rude. Costco is better

Club associate John Y. was gracious during an order pickup. Very nice young man and helped me with everything I needed. Made my sam's club experience 10/10. Hope he eventually gets a promotion!

Worst customer service called for information on Disney gift cards was put on hold for 15 minutes then someone else picked up told her the same this then put on hold again then they just hung up on me
