We had a very helpful and efficient/friendly customer service experience with a "membership fee" issue. It was able to be resolved relatively easily and quickly.

Tires/Battery - This store has been remodeled... You MUST walk thru the entrance and around the warehouse in order to get to Automotive, when you have to park over by the service bay for your appointment, the employees were all rude stating ' policy' ... You used to be able to walk through the entrance and then past membership to tires... They need to make a cut through again or provide another external entrance that is more accessible.

First off they keep pushing the Plus Membership which keeps going higher in price every year while you can get a regular membership for as low as $10. Then the prices keep creeping up every time. Toilet paper, kitchen towels, diapers, snacks, and the other stuff we buy is typically higher on our next visit. Then to finish off I have yet to buy a GOOD bottle of wine at Sam's, yikes! Their house brand is no good and last time I bought a Malbec that was nothing to write home about. Who the heck selects the wines? We always enjoy the food court and the best prescription glasses I have and have had for five years are from Sam's.

I've become a big fan of Sam's club, preferring it over Costco now for various reasons despite me being a member with them for many years before deciding to switch over to Sam's. Overall, there's not a ton to differentiate them in terms of the variety and quality of goods and services they offer, but after comparing prices I can definitely say that Sam's does have a slight edge here. One thing I do absolutely love about Sam's is their mobile app, especially the scan n functionality that lets you scan items as you shop and put them in your cart, giving you a handy running total of the cost, and the ability to instantly check out from the app without having to remove items from your cart. You just show them the code on your phone as you exit. Honestly I love this, it's such a time saver and great feature. This store is well laid out, and no complaints with the service, any staff I've interacted with have been friendly.

Love their scan n go when checking out. You don't have to buy as much as at Costco. Prices are reasonable and lower. Their poultry has gotten better since they now section the portions. Parking is getting as bad as Costco. But they have more of a supply for the public.

I suggest that Sam's Club extends its closing hours, especially during the week preceding Christmas. I encountered an inconvenience when attempting to procure items for my work Christmas party at 7:45, as I was informed that the store closes at 8. Considering the needs of customers, particularly during the festive season, an extension of operating hours until 9 or 10 on Fridays and Saturdays would be beneficial.

At the receipt scan at the door the lady was so rude. She stopped me. Unloaded every single item in my cart (about 35-40 items) and scanned each individual item to make sure it was paid for. My cart was in disarray after. My one year old is in the Buggy. Once she returned it all in sh*t order She didn't even apologize for doing this. It was Sunday. The busiest day there is at Sam's. The line was backed up 30 carts and everyone was pissed at me for being the holdup. It was angering and embarrassing. Back to Costco for me because this was ridiculous.

I have now had experienced tire purchase, service and recently battery installation. Fast, friendly and efficient sums it up. I really appreciate the knowledge and helpfulness.I wanted to call out Nick, in particular, who answered late on a Thursday and was able to squeeze me in for the next morning.

Don't understand the LOW ratings!?Sam's Club is my choice for their prime steaks, beef shortribs, pasture raised eggs and bulk candy for my dulces enchilados candy line.Best time to shop here of course is the weekdays to avoid the crowd, get in, grab what you need, and get out. ALOHA!!! uuu/

The new way of paying at the cafe is terrible. You can't order anything individually anymore. I'd much rather wait in the line and order what I want than have to pay for a bunch of combos.

The pharmacy has gotten a lot better over the years. Unfortunately, Jess is still working there. If you can avoid her you might have a pleasant experience otherwise be ready for terrible customer care...

When is the Store Manager going to train all of his staff about Service Dogs and the ADA so as to weed out pet dog's who wear a fake Service Dog jacket at the entrance of the store and then misbehave in the store?Fake Service Dogs are in violation of FDA and ADA federal law. Dogs who bark and lunge at the public or a legitimate Service Dog (who is trained NOT to react in public) or are wheeled around in a Stroller are not trained and pose a real threat to the public. If one of these fake Service Dogs were to bite or attack a person or a legitimate Service dog in-store, the violator will be sued as would Sam's Club for allowing them in the store in the first place. This afternoon a woman had a fake service dog in a stroller (which is a violation of the ADA because all 4 paws must be on the floor) and it barked and lunged at my legitimate, non-reactive Service Dog and myself.I brought this matter to the attention of the Front End Manager at checkout who also did not know ADA law. I even pointed out the Violator to her with her fake dog in a checkout lane barking at us again and I'm certain she was not going to approach the woman when I left the store because she did not know the law, despite educating.Come on Sam's Club - educate your staff and enforce FDA & ADA law so that everyone in your store can shop safely!

So I go into Sam's Club on West Tropical Parkway to buy some items. I always buy a 24 Pack of Coke Bottles. Last month it was $14.99 and today was priced at $20.82. Absolutely Ridiculous, but as I checked the Sam's club App. It is priced at $17.12. I asked a supervisor why the difference, and all she could say is Online is different than In-store. I asked for a price Match and was Told No. Sorry this doesn't work for me, not even I will match it this time, but next time I cannot do it. Just No! She sees I am not Happy and doesn't even offer to get the Store Manager or anything. Completely useless supervisor. Will definitely not be shopping there No More! All my business from now on will be at Costco. At least there it doesn't take 5 Minutes to exit the store because Sam's club scans almost each item again as your leaving the store. Horrible Location and No Customer Service At All!!
