We had a flat tire and AAA couldn't get the tire off to put the spare on. After getting it towed to Sam's Club, Chris took the time to listen to us and found a way to get our tire repaired the same day even though they were super busy. His customer service skills are the best I've ever experienced at an auto shop. I felt listed to and respected as a female, which I haven't felt in many auto shops in Vegas. My husband was even there, but because I started discussing it with him first, he talked directly with me. We will be buying our next set of tires for our truck there soon. Chris is definitely an asset to Sam's Club. Thank you!

0 stars for the guy at the rotisserie chicken. He took his time walking around, while the chicken was done in the oven. This is crazy.

I tried to EXCHANGE a secret santa gift here, it was a $12.00 blanket and I was told no. No exchange, no store credit, NOTHING. I was told by customer service to just re-gift it. Are you kidding me? If I did that to any of my customers I would be out of business Sorry sams club, but you have lost my business

Not more normal Sams Club that I visit but we were in the area and figured it's super busy out why not go to this one and get it over with. Parking was a little insane people everywhere, pretty packed parking lot. People leaving their karts practically in the middle of the street. No worker insight to collect karts as inside was almost empty of karts. I've learned to just grab a kart from outside before entering a Sam's Club. So you're not waiting in a line and trying to get around people. Bigger variety of items than other Sam's but for the most part like any other Sam's. They also have diesel at their fuel station too.

This review is for the tire and battery center. Super friendly guys that do thorough work. Absolutely make an appointment and prepare for a little slow in the beginning but once they start working on the car, they're pretty efficient and I highly recommend these guys for their prices and the Roadside Assistance.

I find it odd that when I want to write a review about Sam's Club, I am prompted about what to say. This is quite disappointing. I receive regular surveys from Sam's Club, but no matter what I say or even if I provide my phone number or email, I continue to hear nothing from them. I believe that taking my time to fill out a survey is a total waste of time.

I've been a big fan of Sam's club for about 20yrs!! First learned of the club when I lived in AZ. This location I stop by here & there. I just happened to be headed East on the 215 after I went to a Yelp event so I stopped by here for gas & some groceries. This location actually has a seafood counter. I haven't seen that in other Sam's locations. Store is set up a little different then the one on Eastern that I go to. I LOVE the scan & go app!! Best thing ever & you don't even have to wait in the lines to check out. You should download the app if you haven't already. You can even use it @ the gas pumps & not have to touch a lot of stuff on the pump. There is a car wash @ this location too!!

This Sam's club location is honestly our go to location. We drive from Summerlin just to shop here.Their customer service, food choices, fresh produce & prices at always 10 Stars with us.Now their food court offers some of the best snacks to tide you over while shopping. Or just before you head out to your next shopping adventure of the day.We stopped and got a slice of Cheese pizza. The slices are fairly large. It can feed 2 small people or children. You get a drink with the pizza as well. The pizza was satisfying. A little oily. Yet it hit the spot.Their prices do not give you sticker shock. So affordable to grab a quick bite to eat.You can chose from a all beef hot dog, yogurt, sundaes, pretzels etc.I highly suggest this location for all your groceries needs and snacking.Thank you!

This is my favorite Sam's in town, location is near my house but the store is clean an always stocked with all you need at home , also gas prices are good but the line to the pump is around probably 20 minutes wait, still is a good place with great prices and excellent customer service, service is ver important if you need help around looking for anything.

Horrendous customer service. Only reason I would visit this location is because of its location and if I need something bulk in a pinch. Other than that, decent prices compared to Costco at times.

I have tried to be patient when I have to go to the service desk. I always try to be nice when I go in there. And I'm just gonna be honest with you guys. There is a ball headed white guy that works the counter. He is kind of borderline disrespectful. He talks on the phone with whomever for 10 to 15 minutes while people wait in line as if he can't do two things at once. He does is matter of factly. when he's with a customer he takes about literally more than 10 minutes. I was timing him to get something done today and I just couldn't take it anymore. there were three people in line the ball headed guy was on the phone and he talked for 10 minutes . After 10 minutes I left,The people are still in line in the ball headed guy is still on the phone

Sam's Club is like a giant Trader Joe's, but with better prices on some things. My biggest complaint is that the checkout lines are too long. If you are looking to save money, this is a good way to do that. But, you will probably buy more than you need.
