Tire install, got done in about 45 minutes not too bad. Simple process had booked the appointment online beforehand, all the warranty explained and easy to understand. Steven was a great help appreciated his customer service everything went great, would recommend this Sam’s for a tire install.

I rarely visit Sam's Club as my mom usually does the shopping, but I recently heard about their high quality car batteries at a great price with a three-year warranty. I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. Steven assisted me with professionalism and respect, making the transaction smooth and efficient. He answered all my questions and quickly replaced my battery. Steven's friendly demeanor and expertise made for a top-notch experience at Sam's Club. I highly recommend their car battery services and commend Steven for his outstanding customer service.

FYI: They're not installing tires on Teslas. Same story with Walmart next door. So you have to go elsewhere.

I love when a sams club also got the gas station!! And even better, unlike many other sams clubs that only have one entrance lane to the gas station, this one uses the Costco system where you can pick any lane for any pump which is way more efficient!!! And per usual I also like to get a yummie hot dog when I come to a sams!

Danny in the auto section of Sam's helped me fill up the air in my tires on a busy morning with no hesitation. I appreciated him being so kind and helping out regardless of whatever else he was working on.

My car battery died while at work yesterday. I had a co-worker help me with a jump start and drove to Sam's Club to get a new battery. I arrived at 6:20 p.m. and was turned away (they close at 7:00 p.m.) by a young man who said they were too busy to help me (as I couldn't turn off my car). I told him my boyfriend had just called them, and he said "he didn't talk to us, he spoke with someone in the Philippines!" He then said that they are unable to work on a Chevy Spark since they don't have the proper tools. Really? For a battery??? That's crazy!!! Anyway - he told me to drive across the parking lot to Walmart Auto. I went directly to Walmart where I saw a guy sweeping their garage. I asked if he could please help me get a battery. They ALSO close at 7:00 p.m., so I was turned away again! He said they only had two technicians working (as he was sweeping), and that they just couldn't possibly fit me in. I left not knowing what to do, then remembered there is an AutoZone close to my home. I drove up directly in front of their door, and turned off my car. I walked in and was greeted immediately by a man behind the counter (sorry - didn't get his name) He grabbed their battery tester and followed me out to my car. He confirmed that my battery was indeed, dead. We went back in to the store where he told me I had the option of a battery with a two year warranty, or a three year. I took the three year, paid for the battery, and followed him back to my car. I watched him take the old one out (no special tools!!!) and put the new one in it's place. The entire thing took, maybe 15 minutes? Then I was back on the road. Thank you to the man who saved me last night! I would recommend AutoZone to everyone with car trouble!

Love going to this location because it's cleaner and typically easier to navigate. Sometimes some items here are not at the other location and vice versa so we definitely hit up both! Scan and go is the only way to do it and i wish all shopping could be done that way bc lines are soooooo annoying . Great selection of everyday essentials- especially when trying to make healthy choices for the week. Of course they also have amazing snacks and treats too so be careful . Love sams produce the white peaches are insane right now- possibly the best I've ever tasted !!!!!

They have good prices on their produce but other then that it sucks. Avoid the gas station. Half their pumps are down and to wait 30 minutes to get to the pump. Once you reach the pump, the pumps are slow AF. It takes more then 10 minutes to fill my car. Faster to drive 2 miles up the street to Costco. Never again to get gas there.

Always a great experience coming here. Staff is so friendly. Great prices! We love having the pickup option and the scan and go option inside. Sam's Club seems very techy in these ways.

My experience with tire centre.Jared : he helped me with tire selection. Answered all my questions patiently. He also provided me information about upcoming special offers which saved me about 150 dollars. Darwin : helped me with setting up appointment for the tire replacement. He captured all my requirements in the invoice. Jerry: received me on the day of appointment and helped Dave and Steve.David & Steven: they both are very friendly and hardworking. They did really great job replacing the tires and took care of all special requirements.

Stopped in cause I was running low on dental floss and deodorant and particular about certain brands. I love going during the week in the daytime when there aren't many people. Store was very clean, was able to get what I needed and in/out in record time. The only line that was long was the snack bar.
