Went to the Sam club website to look at tires picked 4 tires on their website. I picked the tires and it said that they need to be ordered. they would take 5 to 7 business days to arrive. I got a call the next day that they came in I went to the store to set up an appointment and the person said it would be another seven days out I asked him why so long he said they had a sale, and they are backed up. The person at the counter was no help he just kept saying the same thing as a broken record he said he was the manager of the tire center. I then asked for the store manager he said they were in a meeting, and it would be 45 minutes till they were done. I finally talked to a manager, and he said the same thing as a broken record. The store manager was no help at all and did not care at all about the problem. Why should you have to wait 7 days to get tires installed makes no sense to me. I left and went to Discount tires and asked if they would match the price, they said yes, I got quoted a lower price for the four tires fifty dollars cheaper and they can install them ASAP. I will never get tires at Sam club again. Also, I am a Plus member and as I see there is no difference. Also trying to call the store you can't get through you are switched to a call center overseas and cannot understand the person on the other end. Sam Walmart would be turning over in his grave on how his stores are run.

I love sams ,I never ask for help,I'll do everything by myself,today I was looking for baguette,I was looking around I didn't see the one I like ,so I ask a guy(he looks like Asian,wearing mask,it was around 3:50 pm)who was working on the bakery place,he was so rude when I ask for the bread they have inside,that's the ones I was looking for,he send me back where they place the bread,I know it was some,but not the one I want,is sad when you like certain places and receive this kind off attitude,he not even ask me if I need help,soon I ask for baguette,he send back ,I work with customer service,all I know customers first,we have to be courteous and nice all times.-

I think we should all remember what a great deal you can get at the Sam's Club food court. Two quarter pound hotdogs and a slice of pizza AND a large drink cup, for only $5.38? That's a deal that you just can't beat. You don't have to be a member. Just walk in. No one is going to tackle you to the ground.

Bing the Pharmacist was so helpful. She went out of her way to help me with a problem with a medication. Also, Nicole is one of the best people you have. Please let them know ASAP i always leave reviews and they tell me neve heard from there manager

Sams club is great but this location has terrible service. The workers all have bad attitudes and especially the ones that are at the entrance and exit of the place. I'm fine with being asked to show proof membership but literally no other location has ever asked to see it and this is the first time I've been asked for it. I asked "Since when have they started asking for memberships," and the lady rudely responded "Since they told me I'd lose my job if I don't." Well, if she didn't lose her job for not asking for my membership, she surely would lose her job for talking back to customers. There's more that happened but I think this should give everyone a good idea about how you'll be treated at this Sam's club location.

Inside is fine. The gas station is always a mess here though. Try a different location if you can. Staff doesn't help with directing traffic to pumps. Gas station is set up weird so people just cut into whatever pump. Lines are always a mess even when they're shorter. Takes way too long here

One of my fav places to shop in bulk for the fam. With having two kids having massive amounts of snacks and the foods they like is a necessity in our house hold. I love that this store is only a quick 7-8 minute drive from our house.Our favorite place to have a cheap lunch as well, where else can you feed a family of 4 lunch for under $10?? Now the downside, I love love love the food at the cafe inside the Sams. However, they really need to have more people working in the cafe area. There were only 2-3 working on a Saturday afternoon which makes for quite the wait time. Overall will continue to go back the staff is super nice and I know it's not their fault.

I haven't been to a Sam's in twenty years. My office is having a community event and I have the company credit card. The staff did all of the shopping, but I did get a rotisserie chicken for myself. It was pretty good! My leftovers meals for the week!

Been a member of Sam's Club since 2004. Purchased an item on instant saving yesterday online. Plan to pick up the item today between 10-11 am. Received a text at 9:56am stating that my order has been cancelled. Called and spoke to a person the reason why my order was cancelled. She told me the item was not available but there are 8 at another location. She gave me the store phone number and told me they do have in stock but it will be regular price since the sale ended yesterday. Called and spoke to supervisor after being on hold for 30 min to tell me that there is nothing she can do. I would have to pay $70 more if I purchase today. I didn't make the mistake they made the mistake. I don't think that's the way to do business.

No one ever answers the phone in any department. I've tried calling to see if I could go inside to pickup my curbside, no one answers. I tried calling to see when the rotisserie chicken is cooked, no one answers. I've tried zero for operator and no answer. I've tried the deli and no answer. Employees say they complain to their managers about being short staffed but don't get any help so that your curbside orders could be 2 hrs behind schedule. The solution to not getting your curbside order in a timely manner? Well you can cancel it. The gas pump area is a mess with pumps that trickle and staff that do not facilitate the long messy lines. Pay more for going somewhere else? Whenever I can.

Stopped at sams club today to get gas. It took 45 minutes. I got to the front of the line and found they only had one pump working. Also got to the front and this one guy thought it was ok to cut in line because he ran out of gas. Hey sams cub when you only have one pump working and 20 or more cars per line with everyone getting a full tank post only one pump working at the back of the line. I have to give sams club an F on this if it would've been summer I would've driven off.

We walked in at 9:12 and the lady is scrutinizing us for a card like we need plus members only right now. I am a plus member and it's after 9 am. I tried to get a physical card and they said they don't give them out anymore. So I don't have a physical card and haven't had one for years. The service here was not good. We had two things. The girl was slow. She ripped up my bag trying to scan the chicken wings when you can scan them through the bag. Then she scanned the barcode on an empty box. Lol. It was to put the chicken and pickles in in my trunk. This one has decent stock but I wonder if its cause they're so rude everyone frequents the other locations? I am unsure. The pick up is definitely better ! I will avoid this one. For better customer service.

My son slipped on a liquid that wasn't cleaned up nor was there any signs stating it was slippery and cried really loud because he hit his head on the floor. There was no employee in sight to file a complaint or claim so I left and filed a claim online. I was never contacted regarding the claim I submitted and every time I would call the point of contact I always received a voicemail. I have returned once because this location is the closest to me since the incident but they should really work on safety precautions.

Our go to place to buy bulk items. Located off Rainbow and Spring Mtn, right behind Walmart. Sam's Club is convenient if you live near that area. Usually we go to stock up on food, dairy, water and other products that should last us a month or more. Saves us time than going back to the grocery store every two weeks or less. Pricing is also decent. Now the downside, it can get crowded, as well as the parking lot. So it's probably best to go when it's not peak hours. Not fond of the clothing area, it seems messy most of the time. Can't really blame Sam's Club, since I'm sure it's the customers who don't know how to put things back the way they found it. The thing I would also suggest, download the app and you can scan your products as you go and pay on your phone. So you don't have to stand in line, especially if it's busy. Overall, decent place to get bulk items. The fact that we can scan and pay through the app, makes it much easier process. Recommended if you like to buy stuff in bulk and not go to the grocer store every other week.
