I wish I didn't have to even put a one star because there shouldn't be no stars at all for these miserable people that work for these companies!!! The worst customer service ever. why do people have jobs if they absolutely hate their jobs they have no business being a employee for the public in a retail store and not giving absolutely no customer service, on top of that the two females that we're working on 24th of August around noon were watching people walk in and giving them a look as if they are a bother to them!! when do people or should I say when do companies start to learn how to hire good employees. This clerk with the purple hair had the meanest and ugliest staring issue! So bad to the part where you don't even know if it's OK to walk up to the register... they don't deserve jobs this is just facts!!! they don't deserve jobs!!!!

Showed up to Sally's on 6/12/2023 at 7:40pm to see the employee counting the drawer and the lights were off. They're suppose to be open until 8pm but someone has other things to do. Can't believe people can't stay a full shift these days. Management needs to review this because they lost out on money.

i give 5 stars for the employee who helped me today. I am new to hair dyes and needed help and the associate who helped me who had red hair was super insightful. He took his time to help me eventhough it looked like he was the only one working and there was a line but he went the extra mile to help me. Super friendly, very helpful & a good multitasker:)

Don’t go here. Hispanic employee with the big stupid eyelashes is very passive aggressive and rude. I walked in and she didn’t speak or ask if I needed anything. I’m grabbing a cart and she comes right in my direction beside me pretending to put something on the counter STILL said not one word to me. No “How are you doing?” “Can I help you find anything” Nothing. Then while I’m shopping I ask her if they sell hair glue and she snobbishly replied “We haven’t sold that in 3 years” and turns back to what she was doing. No suggestions of where else I could go or anything. Very cold demeanor and not very helpful at all. Poor customer service all around. Also, the shelves are so bare. They have nothing!!! You seriously can’t find anything because they don’t have it. Everything is over priced. And the point system when you give your phone number is USELESS. I have to have 1000 of point just to get 5 off??? I’LL PASS! This franchise has gone down. Or maybe it was never up. Luckily later that day I found a way better beauty supply to go to. With better service! The lady ringing me up (with the few items I could find) with the dreads was nice, but the other young lady needs to be fired asap! She’s useless and RUDE.

My 5 star rating is for the customer service I received from Dri. I went in to the store a few weeks ago not knowing what I needed, all I knew was I needed help with the mess going on on my head. I explained what was previously done to my hair and she recommended products to help get the previous color out and how to dye my hair. She was really patient and seemed to know what she was talking about. I would most definitely come back to this store.

I purchased an item they recommended, they said I could return it if I wasn't satisfied. I go back and they said they can't find my transaction on my account and can't even exchange the product. I feel strongly manipulated into spending money into a product I didn't even want. I guess that's how they will run busnnow?

The store looks OK, needs more stuff in stock, but I am definitely not going to come back due to the horrible customer service, rude and attitude from the woman with dreads there at 7:50pm today 8/18 , with tag name "Dri". She didn't even ask me if I wanted to sign-up for the membership. When the purchase was done she didn't even say 'thank you' or 'have a nice day'.

The worst store!!! Came to buy hair dye and was told they were out, just got a delivery but wanted to refer me to another Sally store for my purchase. Why?! I left decided to give them a week to unbox. Returned 7 days later and only now they are unpacking their delivery from last week. Still nothing on shelf and she's not able to go through her delivery to satisfy my purchase. Don't you know what your ordered? Left again. How long does it take to unbox a delivery? Finding another Sally store. Don't go to Arroyo!!!

Workers give you nasty looks and snarky remarks . Was already on this side of town so thought I'd stop by and see what they had again . Immediately walked in and two AA. Dreaded females look at me saying " can I help you " ? Well no, wouldn't require your help anyways + you're too busy talking to one another instead of actually doing work or restocking your aisles .

My husband and I came In to get hair products Thursday June 16th and the lady with short dreds was very rude.She was cold and when I asked for a bag she had an attitude and didnt even say thank you or anything. Didn't say anything other than asking if I wanted to sign up for rewards and when she rang us up it was very akward and unwelcoming/ passive agressive. If you hate your job please don't take it out on customers or work with people. Yikes. Won't be back to this location.
