Super uncomfortable environment the ladies quite literally stalked me as soon as I walked in. I didn’t have time to browse because with every new section I went to they approached me. They took my items out of my hand without even asking.I tried this Sally’s instead of my usual but this experience left me with a sour taste. From now on I’ll be buying my products from Amazon. Not only is it cheaper but I also don’t have someone breathing down my neck

I always buy from Sally's beauty supply store but today I felt uncomfortable I walked in the store to get a conditioner and son nails but I left because the same lady who asked me if I needed help when I told her I didn't need help was like standing next to me starring I have money I work hard I don't need to take anything from your store I am very educated and I had my daughter with me I will never shop at the Charleston and Decatur location again so unprofessional.

Got there before closing and the cashier just told me in a rude tone I have 4 minutes she dint even bother to ask if I need anything or at least a welcome in, not a good way to treat a customer.

I've never had such a rude experience with an employee from SBS. I walked in asking their return policy as I had left/lost the receipt, but I had the card and I used my phone number at the initial purchase. The associate explained that she needed the original receipt, and I asked if I could have my roommate possibly take a picture of it. She refused to accept my receipt, and she did so with an attitude. I called my normal Sally's and I asked the policy- and was told that they could look me up from my phone number. Now you can understand my current frustration after being declined from a return. I had called the store back to see if I could get my return done as I had called another store. The associate said, "No, that store is probably in a different district." I told her that it was located in Centennial, and that it was the same city. She then proceeded to change her story, stating that it is also up to the managers. As a customer and consumer- I don't appreciate unnecessary attitude, inaccurate information and being lied to. It's a poor representation of the company that resulted in a loss of loyalty.

Walked into the store and was barely greeted by the employees. Husband and I walked around for about 15 minutes trying to figure out what we needed to buy to dye my hair and the employees not once acknowledged that we were in the store nor did they offer any type of assistance. Instead they stood in the front of the store talking like there wasn't anyone in there. After 15 mins we put what we had back and left. Absolutely horrible service.

The online website is aweful!!! They changed my apartment to an apartment number I've never had. Says it's my fault and will not assist me. I would never use the online system again. Sally's is a horrible company that will not take care of their customers.

Showed up midday on a Monday and two employees were standing inside with the door locked indicating it was closed. Nothing on Google or the door to indicate that the opening hours were changed. Wish I would have known so I didn't waste my time.
