Had a warning light come on saying my def system needed service. Centennial Chrysler Dodge Ram said they would need my vehicle there for 10 to 12 days before they could get to it. Totally unacceptable. Took it to Sahara at 8:30 in the morning, and at 2:00 p.m. it was ready. These guys rock.

I recently purchased a used car with them and the car buying process went decently, however I noted to them a couple of issues that needed to be resolved (car was dirty and wipers were falling apart). They told me during the test drive they would fix the wipers and detail the car before we drove it away. By them time we were finished signing and about to drive away it was the late afternoon/evening and the issues still weren't resolved and when I let them know they told me I'd have to bring it back during the week as the service department was closed (they had plenty of time to take care of those things while we felt with paperwork).
I brought it back on Monday and they told me it would be just a few minutes, so my wife left me there to go to work. They then tell me they don't have the wipers in stock and had to go get some. I was stranded there for hours for a couple of wiper blades I could have done myself! They never cleaned the car.
I started having minor issues with the car, probably just needs the tires rotated and balanced (they must not have inspected or done maintenance while it was in their possession). I made an appointment this last Saturday morning and brought it in, they claimed I had no appointment even when I showed them the confirmation, so they treated it as a walk in and told me they wouldn't work on it until Monday. Today (Tuesday) I still hadn't heard any updates and I can tell on the app for my car that it hasn't even been started or moved the entire time they've had it. I tried texting and calling several times and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Finally I receive a call just because the technicians go home and I'm told they won't be able to work on it until tomorrow! When I asked if they worked on it at all yesterday he told me that there were people ahead of me, so there have been people waiting since before Saturday?? Completely ridiculous it takes 5 days for a minor issue.

The truck was delivered all the way up in Cedar City, Nico was incredibly pleasant and easy to talk to. I felt like I could just hang out with him. He was knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend working with Nico. Give Nico a raise.
UPDATE: So I had some problems with the truck and just had the biggest pit in my stomach afraid that I've made a horrible mistake in the purchase but Sahara has 100% stood behind their product, even paid to start the warranty so I could get the truck taken care of at a local shop. I may decide I have to buy all my cars through them in the future they have just been so solid.

Service Tech said I need a transmission oil cooler. Said they will order the part. Kept my truck 4 days service tech called said truck was ready. Paid $ 1,300 dollars drove it home, checked oil cooler, it had not been changed same cooler that had been on truck 15 years . Been going to Las Vegas since 1991 biggest ripoff I have had.
