Service department was great... at first..The reason for my visit was for a simple oil change on my wife's Durango and came out with it leaking windshield wiper fluid and parts missing from both my engine bay and under vehicle. Both covers that need to be removed for an oil change are magically missing. They claim the previous shop must've "Lost" them and that it was leaking when it came in (I guess they missed that on their "Multi-point inspection that I never received) . Check engine light was on so I took it to Autozone to get it scanned, came back to having a bad pressure switch. The gentleman From Autozone was kind enough to give me a printout of where the location of the pressure switch was. Got home to check it out and found that the pressure switch right next to the leaking oil filter (that was just installed) is broken . Purchased a 3 oil change plan that comes with tire rotation with oil change (tires weren't even touched). All of this was missed even after they claim to have performed a "MULTI-POINT INSPECTION" save your money and car parts.

While in Nevada, my mom had an issue with her car.The service dept sucked, very rude, and snappy. Minus 3 starsMy mom opted to just purchase a vehicle instead and she got something special indeed. And the salesman were pretty nice. So 1 star added for that lol I won't be back but I'm so very happy she got a lovely car out of the deal .

The absolute worst service !!!!Brought in my vehicle to be checked out since I was having an issue with the infotainment screen. Upon bringing it in the first time I was told they could not fix it, and they would have to order a part. 2 weeks later the part arrives and I bring in my vehicle again to have it fixed. I dropped off my vehicle to have the issue taken care of. I return to pick up my truck 2 days later. They stated that the problem has been resolved. I ask multiple times to ensure that the issue was resolved, they tell me yes. I leave and go about my day, and sure enough 2 hours later the same issue. They offer to solution, nor offer to look at the problem again to find a resolution. This place is a joke. If I can give no stars I would. I will be taking my issue to Chrysler directly.

A couple months ago we purchased a 2022 ram 1500 Laramie. The finance manager bent over backwards to make the deal happen, and we absolutely love the truck. About a month after getting it home I noticed that part of the lower air damn was missing. We purchased the truck with only 70 miles on it, so it was considered a new vehicle. Also, the missing piece only activates at 35mph and above, from what I've read. We took the truck in for a simple warranty repair, and the service department said that it was not a warranty case, but a damage claim that was not covered. We were further told that because they supposedly lost $26k on the original sales deal, and that the part alone was $500 plus labor, we would have to cover the repairs at 100%.We opened a case with FCA, trying to get some help with the matter, only to be informed that they were siding with the dealership, and would not help.I understand that this is a he said, she said case, and I know that now with 1000 miles on the truck, I can't prove that we didn't do this, other than there's no damage. No impact, no scratches, nothing. The parts are simply sheared off, and gone.Hell, this could have happened on one of many test drives, or transport, and not reported. We were even willing to split the cost just to be done with the whole mess, but to have them accuse us of the damage, with no real proof, is completely uncalled for.Luckily this is not causing any diagnostic lights, so we will just go on enjoying the vehicle as is.Buyer beware, and make sure you check your new vehicle with a fine toothed comb before driving off the lot. Shame on me for not doing this.Update......we were contacted by a service manager today who now wants to work something out and make things right. However, due to the UAW strike, we don't know how much this will cost, or how long it will take...... at least a line of communication is now open.

Corey Brewer and Keith De Los Reyes were amazing salesmen when I was in need of a 7 seater car for my huge family. I was given a price I didn't think was possible on a 2013 trade in and left in a 2022 suv with great mileage and an even better price! Corey worked measures, stayed late, and pulled a whole bunch of strings to help me get this car. I thought I was leaving without one, but his words repeatedly were, "Hold on let me try one more thing". It worked out! This is the second time I got to work with Corey and have not been displeased once! Personality is amazing, dedication is palpable, and work efficacy is through the roof! Go see Corey and Keith! You won't be disappointed! Thank you guys! I finally have a car guy who I can trust!

My recent car buying experience at Sahara CDR was great. Everyone who I spoke with or dealt with was very helpful and addressed any questions or concerns. The car selection is pretty good and after visiting 2 other dealerships we decided to bring our business here and it was the right choice. The whole team was awesome to deal with from Giselle, Jamil, Temore, Tanner and a few others I may have missed. These guys made the car purchase process a breeze. Also, the place is really clean even with the confetti poppers they popped after my car purchase. Extra thank you to the people who keep the place spick and span! Keep up the great work Sahara Chrysler Dodge Ram!

Cliff sets the bar high when going to buy a car. Customer service is on point and treats you well. I love that he answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I'd hands down buy another car!

The service department at the Sahara dealership is wonderful! The service manager Amber helped us get in and was very friendly. Our family was on a road rip from California to Utah when we felt something wrong with our truck. We stopped in on a Saturday with no appointment and towards the end of the day to see if one of the techs could take a look at our truck, with less techs on a Saturday and an early ending time than a normal weekday they were able to accommodate us and move cars around in their bay to get us in and figure out what the problem was. We were so thankful that we were taken care of for such a last minute stop in. We purchased our truck from this dealership in 2020 and had such an easy experience that we would come from California to purchase again in the future, and that says a lot. Thanks again Sahara!

The best way to "improve" is to not break your own rules set by Dodge Corporate and also not make up scams. There isn't much to talk about aside from "don't do it".

Second Update: the number they're replying to the negative reviews here with is the office number for the HR person at Lithia. I've spoken with her and she has no idea why her number is being given out. Review update: I called the number the Lithia "support manager" posted in their reply, and nobody answered. Lithia is replying to all of these negative reviews with more of the same terrible customer service.

So I inquired about the Jeep Compass went in on Friday April 28th 2023 to look at the car and test drive. The car of course in my price point and was seriously interested we sit talk numbers and from what they have posted on their site at $19,500 the car jumps up to $26,158. Where did these extra charges come from ? I asked Joshua Holdridge... the Manager Erick KELLY added the DEALER RECON $3215 and the Low Jack for $799. Umm excuse me ? This is already added in the price of the vehicle that the dealership is responsible for. Why are you gouging your customers to be responsible for a fee that if you do your research KNOW this is a BOGUS charge and take off or no sale. After going back and for text messaging with Josh he said they would work with me and remove the extra $4000 that I'd have to come in person and redo the numbers. I texted him I would be there and at 2:46 today i let him know I was in route and on my down so we can sign for the car and he responds sound good. At 3:30pm he texts someone bought the car. I call him and he then says "Yeah I couldn't get that $3000 off the price" So this definitely sound real suspect ...So I go online and inquire on the same vehicle for then two Sales agents to then contact me immediately after requesting it online saying that the vehicle was still available asking when can I come down ? I go down in person within 20 min meet with the new sales agent Victor. I now meet with Victor and another employee comes into Victors office while I am standing there and Victor has his computer screens visible showing me the car available. But this other guy who walks In his office (I didn't get his name ) asked like 5 times with looking so confused saying "When did that car get sold" "-"That car sold today when ? he asked that question like 5 times which to me seems so questionable and extremely suspicious. How is another employee confused whether or not that exact car got sold. ? You know why because I doubt it was even SOLD. Josh when he told me the price would be knocked down with the bogus charges of $4000 probably NEVER asked his managers and instead took a cop out telling me the car sold either way even if it did sell had this deal been done the correct way instead of trying to defraud a customer I wouldn't be writing this review. I don't believe the car was sold I seriously believe they didn't want to be adults and Josh took the coward way out by not being honest. Who am I kidding these are car salesman they have not one ounce of decency in their moral compass. I was in a car accident I need a car and was going to put 10K down today. But these dealerships are horrible especially this one. Before you buy do your research and not have themTake advantage of you When you're not knowledgeable your taken advantage of and I was also at taken advantage of by Having them tackle on those fees are WRONG and DEALERSHIP FRAUD. I took photos of paper work which included the $4000 that should have never been added on in the first place. below are the other salesman who contacted me immediately trying to get me to come in to see the SAME CAR THAT JOSH TOLD ME WAS SOLD.

I should have looked at previos comments before swinging by and wasting my time. Parts rep sat at his computer, never gave me a glance or even acknowledged my standing right in front of counter. 5 minutes passed. Nothing. Horrible customer service. Won’t be back.
