Shafe ship movers were excellent.Chris, Juan and Edwardo were on top of everything. They did an exceptional job. The quote was wrong and they did not talk about additional costs. 5 stars for the team and 1 star for the price and quote.

Edit: you have responded and said this isnt you, but I can send you screenshots of these texts and the audio files of these voicemails saying SafeShip. So either you sold my information to scammers posing as you or someone from another location/corporate named Devin is assigned to me. Either way, not a good look.and Do not give them your contact information. They have called and left me voicemails from 4 different phone numbers, one time calling twice in a row, during working hours, as if I was going to sign off my meeting to pick up my phone? Then they switched to texting, again using a different number each of the 5 times (multiple per day) so you can't even block them. Dear DEVIN, how many times do I have to tell you I'm not ready to schedule with you before you stop harassing me? Will not be using this service.

Excellent customer service here! Rented a UHaul for my move, they made pickup and return super quick and easy. Highly recommend handling any move/shipping needs here!!

Not this specific location but the company in general really screwed us over. Took over three weeks to get our stuff and every time we called no one would really give us an answer on how long it would take to get our stuff. We have two small kids one is 7 and the other is 2 and we all had to sleep on air mattresses for those three weeks and we had terrible sleep and back pain. They then charged us an additional 1000 to get our stuff back. When we complained about this they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience just excuses, they are a scam, use anyone else save yourself the trouble.

THIIS Company is a rip-off, they are misleading and dishonest! Trust me do not use this company cause they will charge you 3 times the amount that they have on the contract! And they are rude and disrespectful when you try and get clarification or a refund!

They are a broker gave inaccurate estimates. the supervisor Wendy was rude and not helpful. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Lesson learned, never using them or reccommending them again. I lost my job becuase of their errors.

Sometimes this business closes early. The owner maybe inspecting the U-Haul trucks in the parking lot. No notice is left on the door for the customers. When you call this store the calls often go to voicemail and no one calls you back. The concern here is not in communicating with customers and in retaining them..

do not do business with safe ship of any place in the country they are a scam and everything has a up charge no matter what it is i have already pay the full amount they have asked of over 6k to move everything i own and they are now asking for over 1k more to deliver it to my noe place

We live nearby and have been coming here for years. This business is operated by kind people who always offer the best advice and support on the various services we need. They've been able to help us with U-Hauls during moves, printing, and also shipping. We ship gift and care packages often overseas and always come here for the best service and prices. We really don't go anywhere else! Thanks, Safe Ship!

I came in to have spiral notebook made. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend them as they have very competitive pricing compared to UPS and FedEx store.
