Hours say on the door everyday 10am-6pm. When you call no one answers and it says 9am-5pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9am-2pm. I’ve came here 3 times now and they’re not open during even the shorter hours on the phone message. I’ve sent messages on the postings they have on offer up with no response, and they don’t even read the messages. Gas isn’t cheap and I drove my truck to buy an item. When is this company ever really open? I just watch Amazon try dropping off a package and he said it’s a hit and miss and waste of his time as well.

I wont even give them one star, these people make money off hard working people by stealing, they sold me flooring and countertops and delivered the cheaper ones after paying $6000 to them for material and installation, the owner who says to be a contractor did not even do the job he sent someone else and we never thought of looking up the floor he installed, until it failed and now they don't want to take responsibility at all. Tried communicating directly with them and they will not do anything about it. we paid for Prescott Luxury and they installed the cheapest floor "Cyrus" its falling apart and lifting. The counter tops where supposed to be 2 inches and they put less than 1 1/2 inch. So after trying to reason with them multiple times, we will be taking them to court. Also look them up BBB they have multiple complaints plus mine coming up once i take them to court.

Royal Appliance delivered what they promise . Excelente customer service ! Diana and Carlos are amazing! We will recommend to others. We are getting a new kitchen and flooring for my home. It has been done as they indicated on our contract! You can also trust there staff. I had to work while they worked on my floors and kitchen and had no issues.

Carlos and Diane are the best! They are so nice and professional. They know exactly what they are doing. The prices are great. They made the whole experience very nice. I would recommend Royal Appliances to everyone. You can do a one stop shop there. It's great!

Called the store because our washer died. Diana from Royal was really great. Helped me with the model numbers, features, etc since I really didn't want to go to the store. Ordered it and it's being delivered. Yay. Laundry is not at all fun, but the options of going to a laundromat are way less fun.

Royal appliances is extraordinary. From the minute we walked in the door we received excellent customer service. They completed everything they promised in a professional and timely manner. All the employees deserve 5 stars and the prices are the best! (Coco was just a plus)

The owners are very nice! The prices aren't bad. Just make sure ALL work is completed, if not you might have a hard time getting them to come back out. The company removed my tile baseboards to make room for my fridge didn't fix it, my wall is damaged now I have to fix it and I've asked for a Letter of completion to send to my insurance company I never received it after being told I would get it. I guess once they get your $$ their customer service goes down towards their client. I wanted them to do more work but I will go to another company.

***STOP AND READ***Bought a $4500 refrigerator that they would warranty but after one fix, they have decided to ignore me. Keep in mind, I am not a rude person, I am a nice guy but come on! I even feel bad writing this review but thought I would save you some money so please read! The food continues to freeze in areas of the top compartment. They came out once a few months after buying it to replace a thermostat only to find that the issue was something else. Not only that but the right handle ledge cracks every time we open the fridge, how embarrassing! Tech states he would call once parts needed come in and never heard back. I called and called and called and called just to get same run around “part is not in quite yet, we’ll call you once it’s in.” Months go by and no call so I decide to follow up and same run around. Months later I follow up once again and part is finally in, tech will be here Wednesday and guess what? No show! I call Thursday and was told he’ll stop by this afternoon and guess what, no show! I call Friday morning and tech states he’ll be in around 4:30 - 5 and guess what? No show! I call at 5 since they close at 6 and they stated tech will be there in 45 minutes, 45 minutes later guess what? No show! Save your money and go elsewhere! They’ll sell you anything but won’t guarantee a thing! Do you and your family a favor, shop at another place. Horrible service! Truly disappointed.

I came in looking for a refrigerator because mine broke and they came up to me right away & helped me pick out one that was right for me. Their prices were good. I’d definitely go back to buy another appliance.

The ladies are always nice and pleasant. There deals are out this world. They always have the customer’s best interest. I love shopping at Royal Appliances, they find a way to work with you.
