5 stars for this realtor after giving us the 5 star treatment! ***** Shannon Ganotice is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel like family while helping you find the perfect home. This Vegas market is crazy stressful right now, but having a good working relationship with your realtor is key, and Shannon made sure to build that client relationship. She negotiated us a deal which is not very common right now considering it's more of a seller's market, but Shannon worked her magic! (:
We communicated via text, email, and phone which covers most people's preferences.
With Shannon's knowledge and expertise, we were able to find/close on the perfect home within the allotted timeframe of our mortgage application.
She always explained the millions of documents to make sure we understood what we were signing. All documents were E-docs and easy to sign from your phone.
Super grateful my husband and I chose Shannon Ganotice as our realtor. Although I had some stress about finding a home, Shannon's sweet smile and Hawaiian attitude always melted my worries away. <3 Thanks a million Shannon!!!!

Dani Roth was our real estate agent and she was amazing!! It was first time selling a house. She took care of my fluctuating emotions and took care of us as A to Z through out the whole process. We sold our house quickly with Dani's care and even closed ahead of schedule. She helped us by contacting us from morning to late evening and on weekends. If you want to sell the house or buy it, contact Dani! She'll take good care of you from the bottom of her heart!!

Rossum Realty Unlimited is an amazing brokerage to work for. I have been here since 2021 and could not recommend another Brokerage more. The Broker, Beth, is always available and has helped me navigate a lot of difficult situations. All the other agents in the office are extremely friendly and I really feel like some of them are family. There is always Agent Development classes offered and the monthly Lunch and learns are my favorite. GiNie Harris and her Team are awesome Realtors and always around to share their experience. I could go on and on about how much I have learned from Marlies, Lance, Linda, Don, and Jenny Chuang, but it the review would end up turning into a novel. Long Story short, Rossum is a great place to be an agent.
