Beware. They NEVER let you use their restroom. How can we shop for long time if theres no restrooms to use???? ALWAYS cleaning or under some kind of renovation (like forever??) I was there several times there last month or so. Always the case. So Unreal.

Ugh mess long lines slovenly workers leaving mess on the floor from spilled syrup or something from that section shoes stick to the floor. Wouldn't recommend shopping here the lines were long enough to make you question anything you were thinking of buying. Update ** still the same!!! Shocker!***

So disappointing! I am hoping for better selections at different locations, but the dresses at this one were awful “Little House On The Prairie” knock-offs, as another disappointed customer also noticed. I couldn’t believe it. From my experience, Ross has always been the place you can find something modern and stylish. There was not one dress resembling either. Whoever’s buying for this store has changed its identity and taken it back to another time and culture.

I'd heard of Ross for Less but my friend Sam loves this place. It was a must stop for shopping in Vegas. I like it as it reminds me of Marshall's or TJ Max's. A variety of items at discounted prices. ?

"Unfriendly Shopping Experience"I have been coming to this Ross for a while and I thought, the "older lady," who works at the "fitting rooms," was just having a "bad day," but when I would greet her as the customer, she wouldn't greet back, but just stare at me in an odd and discomforting way....she would always say, "good luck," in trying on the clothes...which I feel like is an odd thing to say to someone when trying on clothes. I went a second time, to the Ross, saw the same woman again, and she still had the same, "unfriendly demeanor," it is all in her body language and the look on her face....When I was in the "checkout section," here at this specific Ross, once this "younger man," rang up my items, he completely turned his back on me and didn't hand me my items, "politely...."Just a constant "awful, customer service experience,"Not going back to support this Ross.

Probably because we went out right after the holiday, but the shelf was bare and really had not much of a selection. We will try again and see if the rating changes. We did find a couple of things to purchase, but slim pickings on this trip.
