I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THE MANAGER THAT I FOUNDED 2 PANTS SAME STYLE WITH DIFFERENT PRICES FOR ADJUST THE PRICE . SHE REFUSED TO DO IT. I HOPE SO THE MANAGER WILL BE MORE PROFESSIONAL.

I enjoy going to Ross
They have this new CHECK RECIPE Policy, which I don’t mind at all, I do believe they need to put a small table or some kind of counter out by the security. How are customs supposed to open all their bags with their hands full when purchasing multiple items.
Wake up Ross !! Help your customers out before you lose them to Burlington.

Wish I could give a ZERO star. I went Oct 2022, got nice items for Autumn, at a really decent price. Went back several months later, the store was remodeled. Selling Nothing but CHEAP JUNK. I Tried again Oct 2024, Autumn items were cheap junk at double the price. It's still all crap! I walked out with Nothing. Too bad, I've shopped at this location for years!! NEVER AGAIN, don't waste your time. Clientele, nothing but OLD PEOPLE & HISPANICS!!

2 security guards in bulletproof vest checking every bag even though I stood in like for 20mins. So sad what we let America turn into, one less store to go to.

Horrible, yesterday I went and bought some dresses, one had the wrong price on it, with the plastic and everything, but the cashier treated me as if I had put it there. They should supervise who puts it there.the labels and prices. Terrible experience! I should have demanded that they respect my price, but the woman at the cashier really doesn't know how to serve customers.

Security guard told me that I could shop holding on to a blouse that I planed to return., so that I would not have to wait on line twice. I thought his suggestion was very nice UNTIL after I checked out. I ended up finding the blouse I was exchanging except in a smaller size. I bought a bottle of black Himalayan sea salt as well. When I tried to leave the store the security guard asked to see my receipt. I was surprised because I had bought the original blouse in the Ross store in the Costco shopping center and did not experience that request. I produced 2 receipts prompting the security guard to ask to look in side both my bags. I did that 4 him but was upset! I am a 74 year old women. I own my own house and pay all my bills on time. I will never go to the ROSS in the WALMART SHOPPING CENTER again. He had a recorder on his forehead. I was humiliated and offended.

Had to stand and wait for workplace drama conversation to end before I could check out. Then the security guard is literally arms length from me while I'm paying but still has to check my receipt and bags before I can leave.

This store just tested my nerves! There’s 40 people in line. 1 cashier. And a guard at the door 3 feet away from the registers has the nerve to want to check everyone’s a receipt and look in the bag THAT THE CASHIER JUST PACKED smh
