Shame on you Ross. You are treating all of you shopper like criminals, thieves. You make everyone wait at the door while they are video recorded before you let them in to shop. Your "security" people called it metering. I spoke to several store managers and they agreed "metering" is their word for recording everyone as a potential a thief, so let's call it what it is.

I've shopped at Ross stores across the U.S. and haven't encountered this peculiar security procedure anywhere else, not even remotely similar. They require you to wait in an area near the entrance, enclosed by stanchion retractable belt barriers, while security cameras profile you. Then, the 'loss prevention team' allows you to enter their unorganized, poorly stocked store.

This lady name Martha at cashier is absolutely rude. Another lady who I asked for help for a clothing is also rude didn't get her name. Not one thing about this place is pleasant. No one smiles I can see how that ruins their day. But Martha! Oh No sweetie hire better employees.
