My 3 Year old needed to Pee really bad she was literally holding herself and they said they didn’t have a restroom , not sure if that was true or if it just wasn’t clean but i’ve never heard a Ross tell me that before ?

Sucks I had to even give 1 star. I took my 3 year old sun shopping we got him shoes and a new outfit toys and a couple other things that he needed I'm going to the checkout and they didn't take my card so I had to leave to go to the ATM which is fine however my cashier Jennifer so that she would leave all my things right there waiting for me mind you I just spent almost 3 hours in the store shopping with a 3 year old is not easy, I come back to the store to find they had already taken all of my belongings and put them back on the shelf. This to me is inconsiderate arrogant and ignorant. Personally I have no tolerance for ignorance Jennifer. Why would you waste your time telling somebody that you're going to hold their things and then do the complete opposite. I believe what it boils down to is women in general need to stop trying to break each other down and build each other up quit hating on the next beautiful woman and instead build her up. There is no other reason that I can come up with other than I was just a typical woman hating on another beautiful woman it's very sad and pathetic as well. The security guard was very nice on duty I don't know her name and she had curly long gray hair thank you for providing me with my cashier's name as well.

The cashier was so nice! She kept conversation the whole time… as waiting to check out can be so awkwardly, it was so appreciated. the clothes are always great too.
