Took forever to get through check out and like another reviewer stated. You get checked out by the cashier then have to go over your stuff again with security which is crazy because they are next to each other never seen this at any other Ross that I have been to.

Horrible shopping experience. Took over 30 minutes to checkout. Only one register. Management stood around either taking items away to return to shelf or standing around observing. Now here's the most ridiculous part of the experience the register is no more than 20ft from the door with no rack to walk past to get to the door with security standing right next to said doors. Literally security watches you pay and walk out. So help me understand why must I show my receipt and open every bag I have so he can count and check. Where in the god given name does this even make sense if you are watching me pay and exit 30 seconds later. Over 30.minutes to check out with one person while shelves are getting restocked and store getting organized, management standing around laughing with employees and then have to open and sear h bags after immediately checking out. Yall may want to re-evaluate the system cause the wait can cause someone to leave an item behind which means a loss sale and lost revenue. Do better.

This is the worst Ross I have ever been too . I spend over 30 dollars and I had to show my empty grocery bags no bigger than a purse and was searched . I don't have a car so I have to carry recycle bags . Maybe the security guard that was working at 1205 pm should calm down a bit on accusations of stealing.

I was there earlier today as I wanted to buy more jeans for work as I do not want to do laundry during the week. Anyways, I found a few jeans and wanted to try them on. When I get to the dressing room area, nobody was there. Another lady came after me wanting to try something on as well. She had to call over someone to come over there so we could try on clothes. The worker, a lady, who came over had a nasty attitude and was rude. Other workers were nice. I did buy a few jeans. I went to this Ross as I was in the area to go to other places to shop. There is a Ross closer to me and the workers there are way nicer and friendlier as well as there is also someone in the dressing room area. I am going to avoid this Ross as much as I can.

Asset protection literally followed me around. I was literally dressed and the young person walked around pretending they were on the phone. Majority of the people working there look shady so I guess I would followthem around my location I guess.
