Walked in after dinner one evening. Met Joel asked about a couple different models. Joel reached out to thank me for coming in and about a week later said one of the watches I asked about was available. He held it for me a few days till I could get down. Process was smooth and easy.Thanks

Brendan was the best. I visited the store a while ago and still have fond memories of our watch-talk and the overall store experience.There was a very serene and calming energy and it seemed like everyone genuinely enjoyed what they were doing.I hope to stop by again soon.
