I recently bought a car at Rock Star Auto back in September 3rd 2023. I left a great review because I was stoked I got a nice car at a great price. That same car took a dump on me 2 months later. When it became hot out is when I realized my car had a blown head gasket. It would have cost me 1500$ to change out the head gasket. When I bought the car I had no idea the car came like that because the car was sold as is. The car was also a Kia so it was also stolen. So not only was I out a car because of the recent overheating issue but I was out a car because it was a Kia. Be very careful when buying from this lot or any lot in the case when buying as is. I did call Rockstar auto only for them to tell me there was nothing they can do that they sold me the car as is. They’ve tried to sale me more cars recently after the call but I promise you that was and will be the last time I ever buy a car off this lot. Yes it might be a 2nd chance car dealer that will help you into a car with no credit , bad credit and even repo but they will get over on you like they did me. Just be cautious and bring your mechanic or know what to look for when looking for a reliable car. Don’t be like me and think there’s good people out there that won’t get over on you. Going to the dealership these days is just like shopping on the streets. The dealership is out to get you just like the streets will. Not only did my 2012 Kia optima come with a blown head gasket but the front and back breaks went out a month later, the alarm didn’t work , my spare tire in the back was flat , the steering wheel buttons to tune up the volume was busted and a lot of other things they hid from me was bad too. I was in such a hurry to get into a good car that I didn’t pay attention to the things I normally look for when shopping for a decent car. I just want other people to pay attention to Rock Star auto and don’t get got like I did. Really pay close attention because they will get over on you like they did me.

Had such an incredible experience at Rock Star Auto. I Got Financed and in a car in under two hours. Customer service was second to none. Lacey and Joesph were awesome and very thorough. If you are thinking about buying a car I strongly recommend coming here!

Flew from California to pick up vehicle sight unseen. They held it for me with deposit for almost 2 weeks. It was everything they said with some extras. Drove it straight back to CA 600mi no issues

Just purchased a Nissan Juke from Rock Star Auto Sales and we are extremely happy with the entire buying process. A++ and 5 STARS for Jacob and Lacey! No high pressure... they greeted us with genuine customer service, even took the time to check out the vehicle one last time before we drove her off the lot, all this while the weather was pouring rain! The price was good to start with and Jacob worked with us to get the price worked out so the Bank could get us financed at the best rate possible. Nice Job Team Rock Star! My next car will be purchased from these ROCK STARS!
