This review is more intended for a specific associate than it is for the brand, however I’ve had Robert Graham in my wardrobe for about 15 years now and always been pleased with it. Back in October 22, I strolled into the Fashion Show Mall Location on a whim because I was familiar with your brand. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by Joel, a young, energetic sales associate who asked if he could help us. Without being overly pushy (which always immediately drives me out of a store) he casually checked back in as we browsed, offered help and suggestions when prompted, and even brought us water and drinks while we shopped. What blew me away was when I finally found a pair of pants I liked, but they didn’t have in my size, he offered to have them brought over from a nearby store. By the time I left I had bought about 1/2 dozen items including the pants, and he told me as I was checking out to “give him about 30 minutes to get back with the pants” confused I asked a few questions to learn he was himself, going to drive to the other store pick them up for me, and bring them back, while we shopped at other stores in the mall. I left him my # and he text me when he returned with them, I picked them up, thanked him and we were on our way. Flash forward to Jan 23, and we were back in Vegas, this time at the Forum Shops, and I saw your location there. We went in, we were greeted, no one did anything they shouldn’t, but no one really cared we were in there either. I even inquired about a 900 dollar jacket, only to be told, “oh that’s in high demand and we don’t have many sizes, but we might be able to order it for you” . A little disappointed, I remembered Joel, and my experience a few months back and that he had text me. After a quick search though my texts, I found his name (which I had forgotten) and headed to Fashion Show. Immediately upon entering the store I was greeted by a young energetic sales person offering help and offering a drink, as he noticed I was wearing a Robert Graham T-Shirt under my hoodie, and had on a pair of your jeans. I asked if his name was Joel, he was a bit surprised that I knew his name, as he obviously didn’t remember me. Within minutes he had looked up my previous purchase, and I had a handful of garments to try on that we’re his suggestions based on new and on sale items you guys had to compliment the items I had purchased months earlier. I also asked about the jacket I saw at the other store, to learn not only could he get it in my size, but that it was on Sale for 50% off and could be shipped directly to my house and would be there waiting on me when I returned home. I left again with a handful of new shirts, another pair of jeans, and my jacket on the way. He also offered to ship the other items I purchased to lighten my load in my suitcase on my flight back home. Oh, and btw, he never once asked me to post a review, or credit him for anything, I truly feel this is just the way he represents your brand on a daily basis. Unbelievable customer service from a truly extraordinary sales associate, on multiple occasions! Give this dude a raise and a promotion!

Great place to shop At all I wear is Robert Graham so when I go to Vegas I stock up on all my clothes and Bryan the Manager and Samantha is terrific people great sales people even if you are not in Vegas and you see something online that you like and I don't have your size on the website you can call the store and if they don't have in there store they will at all the Robert Graham stores to see if they have it and if they do even if you don't live in Vegas the will ship your purchase to you via UPS I live in Hawaii so I can say from personal experience that is a awesome service

Worst customer service not worth spending the money on these expensive shirts just to be treated like crap once the purchase has been made. Would give zero stars if possible. I will never buy from them again.

Robert Graham is one of my favorite clothing designers and the store was a pleasure to check out. Unfortunately we were there a bit earlier than it opened. But window shopping was splendid. Its a small store but they have some amazing clothing and other acceasories.

I love this store! Yes, the clothes are great, the quality is great, and they make it fun to shop because they offer you drinks (water, wine, whatever), but Nick is the best! He helps me find whatever I'm looking for and sends pics when there are new items he thinks I'll love! Honestly, I don't know that is love the store if we didn't get to interact with Nick every time we shopped, is literally just buy things online instead. Try it! You'll love it!
