This place does not stick to their advertisment i rented and paid for my unit online and upon successful payment They told me that a manager would call me and give me my gate code. When I didn't receive a call from the manager.I called them Just be told that I had to go here to the office and show my id to get my gate code But that's not what It said online this place is liars...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. WORST customer service on multiple occasions. They will not call you and say they did. They will say they will pass the message to the manager and they will not. They made me pay up front then sold my stuff without telling me after I paid them for multiple months while I was traveling. Everything I owned was in that unit and they have no care or worry what they did to me and my family. Run far away from this disorganized location! They should be shut down and I am definitely filing a law suit against them for multiple offenses which they admitted to!

Well ill say this place is quite decent. Hate to hafta pay storage on anything because its just an expense that i really dont need, but wudoya do. The staff is always curtious, professional & a pleasure to deal with. So i can say that much but i really cant wait till i can go thru the stuff i have in storage & get it out a there & not hafta pay that friggin bill anymore!!!

The lady at the desk literally has me standing outside in the rain. I guess they are on break and she wanted me to read her lips. No customer service at all.
