A year and a half ago I was daydreaming and walked into Richard Mille. Not knowing how the process worked, I asked Alex who’s very knowledgeable, respectful and polite, spent the time to explain the brand and what it takes to acquire one. Fast forward today I’m an RM owner of this beautiful 67-01ti with the baby blue strap. I couldn’t be more excited for this beautiful watch. It’s very light and fit comfortably on my wrist. It feels like you don’t even know you are wearing a watch. Kudo to Alex who never gave up on my request and made my dream come true. Thanks again and I look forward to my next piece, RM 67-02 😍

Sad that the rude employee Luc (listed in reviews as Luc Adjacent) and his girlfriend (Kelliann Beavers) are the only ones to post good reviews about Luc. He is actually rude, condescending, and delivered the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. For shame, Richard Mille on needing to fake reviews.

I have had the pleasure of working directly with both Ivy and Zizo. As my relationship is approaching 3 years with the brand, I am extremely grateful for all of their time and patience. They never provided me with false promises. The process requires patience and trust with the brand and in the end the rewards of these truly unique time machines is undoubtedly amazing. Went into the boutique tonight and worked with Miguel, he want above and beyond! He helped me change the straps and got the ball rolling on a repair! I strongly recommend the Las Vegas location, they really care about the Richard Mille culture!

Great store. Miguel Choi was very welcoming and I must have spent about an hour there talking with him about watches. I even got to try a couple of the watches which made me very excited about getting one hopefully soon. Miguel has since kept a clear communication with me about where I am in line and what to expect next. I highly recommend the place if you are the type of customer that cares about building a relationship with your sales reps.

End to end a very pleasant experience. The products speak for themselves but the retail experience is really on par with the products as well. Not scripted, just professional and very friendly all the way from doorman through store manager. Very knowledgeable about the products and open about the process to line up for the watch in question. I’ve enjoyed my watch a lot since buying it and would recommend anyone, especially locals, to visit.
