Terrible customer service. Ordered s part 2 months ago,they said 5 days.everx week i call and same answer.finally found out they never ordered it. And united rentals purchased the company six months ago. You ruined my business united rentals

I went to drop off my Echo hedge trimmer for sharpening or repair service since I’ve owned it for 9 years and they inspected it explained everything and told me no service at all was needed and sent me away no charge. If they told me anything I would have paid so really they sent me away putting honesty before business!

Not even sure this place was worth a one star. Took my Honda Generator in for service, they said it would be two weeks. 6 weeks later I picked it up and was beat up and scratches all over it. In my opinion shop around before you drop equipment off with this shop !!!!

Nice selection of the best brands. Stihl, Echo, Honda, Toro, etc. They are a full service retailer so what you buy there can be repaired and serviced all at the same place. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, and have years of experience.
