Bought a Kitchenaid commercial blender off their shelf but did not have the power cord. I registered with Kitchenaid and they sent me the power cord but it took almost 3 weeks. I ran the machine after I got the cord and it kept overheating. I took it back but they told me they have a 2 week window for returns. Because it was missing the cord I could not run the machine for 3 weeks and it kept overloading. I tried to return but they said company policy was 2 weeks for return. So Sorry but they would not help. Do Not Trust Them!!!

Took 9 years for me to see their response to selling me a freezer where company was out of business and since out of business didn't have warranty I was told it did. While I appreciate the polite response on Yelp when I called multiple times the response was essentially too bad so sad. Your response on Yelp looks great but is inaccurate as to what happened. Terrible behavior. As I'm sure you can see if Check records I haven't bought anything since. I spent a lot of money on what was a new freezer. Terrible terrible terrible. And terrible customer service on it. Don't trust the yelp response

Have always enjoyed coming to this supply store because of the knowledgeable staff and the largest selection of products anyone could ever need. In my case it's a culinary addiction that I can't quit and will probably never recover from either?. Resco Restaurant Equipment is not just open for Restaurants and small businesses, they are open to the public as well.

Personally I love this place. Customer service is great, they know where every little thing is at. They always have everything I need, prices seemed good to me, I'm not gonna run around trying to save a few pennies or dollars, and sacrifice the greatness. ?

I always go here for high quality kitchen items at very reasonable prices. Not jyst for restaurants...you can shop here for personal home use. Great value, and equipment lasts! Staff always very helpful, too.

I can't imagine there is a piece of restaurant/cooking equipment that Resco doesn't have. It's a warehouse sized equipment store meant for supplying commercial kitchens, but is open to the public. The prices aren't as low as I would expect from a no frills wholesaler, I would imagine things are considerably cheaper for commercial accounts. It's a big place, so social distancing is pretty easy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Give yourself extra time as you'll undoubtedly spend at least 20 minutes just browsing at stuff you'll never need. If prices were more competitive, a full five stars would be a no-brainer.

The quality of the products is excellent and since the general public is allowed to shop there, it is great for the home cook that uses their equipment a lot. Love them.
