I was in the market for new rims and tires. I placed an order online. The store called me promptly (which I really appreciate) and told me what to expect in terms of shipping time frames etc. I decided to go into the store to see what they had in stock. I’m so glad I did. The entire team there is so knowledgeable and friendly. They made it like a custom shopping experience. They showed me my options. I picked the rims I wanted. But they went above and beyond and recommended a different set that would look better on my car. They gave me an awesome deal and were upfront about the pricing. So I got rims, tires, and tpms sensors. They scheduled install quickly and it was done in an hour. They even let me see what the rims looked like before they tightened up the lug nuts to ensure I was satisfied. I’m telling you the thorough honesty alone is worth a trip here. I was out driving one morning and my tire pressure light came on. So I went straight to the store and they immediately fixed it without any judgement. I just needed an air pressure adjustment due to the heat. The guys here are awesome. If you’re getting rims or tires anywhere, get them here.

They did awesome work very polite and professional very respectful guys are very helpful with helping showing different wheels and have extremely good taste in helping me pick the right set up for my ride ! Not able to install our tires?! What kind of tire shop you wanna be? We have regular car size tires on our tiny rv. At first the guy said we are not working on rvs, then he looked at it and said they can do it, but without balancing... Never heard such a bad excuse, for just don't like to help. Just ridiculous

Terrible place as of now since the Charleston store has closed & I can see why that location has closed,the store manager David is a real POS does side deals and does not provide receipts and only accepts cash for theese purchases not he has done multiple customers like this as he states that he is the manager and former manager ERIC doesn’t run anything! I asked for corporates number he refused to give to us. HEY MATT you should be aware of the idiot you have managing this store at 4845 s pecos dr Las Vegas nevada
