I walked into the store just to see if I would like anything. I ended up looking a power recliner for my elderly mother. They didn’t have any power chairs at their location. But they found just what I was looking for at another store. I got approved and they delivered the chair on my requested day. Overall my experience was great.

I order and paid for my item and signed all my paperwork. I was told that the store representative will call to setup delivery. Nobody never called 3 days later.I called and when I finally got somebody on the phone, he claimed he was new and would have his manager call me back but claimed they were really busy. I waited 4 hours and still no call back. I decided to go up to the store to see what is going on with my order. When I get there, there was no other customers in the store, the associate was decorating fake Christmas bags to go underneath the stores tree and the manager was sitting down playing on his phone. So I'm trying to figure out why I still have not received a call back about my order??? The representative proceeded to pull up my account and claim I would have to fill out another application in the store and couldn't tell me why. I tell him (Edgar) that I need to know why when I did everything online to prevent having to come in the store. I had a busy day and don't have time to fill it out in the store. Edgar claim he can call me and get my information over the phone. I agreed and he stated he will call me at 5pm. I never received a phone call so at 6:15pm I called to speak with the manager. The representative claim he was with a customer and will call me back. I finally got a call back and told them I want to be refunded my money ($100) because this point I am frustrated. Rent A Center use to be the go to place years ago but now I see why their parking lot stays empty.If I can give this place 0 stars I would, definitely do not recommend!!!!!!!

This store is the definition of HORRIBLE! Very unprofessional, the Manger is incompetent & rude! I came in one day to talk to a manager and there was not one available at the time, the store was completely empty tried to talk to the district manager and she told me out her mouth that she doesn’t help customers! It looks like they never clean! I’m completely disgusted with the store & workers! Please get new furniture & a whole new staff!

The associate in the store was extremely helpful, patient, polite, and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were very good, and prompt.They carefully brought everything upstairs and put the bed together. Outstanding all the way around.

If you want to use rent a center I recommend a different location. Sales person doesn't respond and when you do talk to her, she can't recall anything when a problem arrises. Store manager lacks communication and customer service. I was accused of not providing requested docs and when I advised I was never asked response was...let me pull it up. Once she realized it was never e mailed she said I didn't respond to a text. I read the conversation I had with sale person and when once again I show I was never asked the then response was to ask me if I wanted to provide docs or void contract. Not to mention I made 2 payments on merchandise that was not even available for delivery! Seek another store location!

Don't shop here or any other Rent-A-Center location. They advertised promotions online and then as soon as you pay someone locally does a bait and switch and changes your entire order and then they call you directly and ask you to pay additional money that wasn't required in the original agreement. Just not worth the hassle. They charged 300% more than the actual cost of an item and still want people to pay a month and a half in advance when it's advertised as weekly. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau
