I purchased two pairs of boots between the Ft Apache location and Sahara location and the customer service at both locations was exceptional. The Ft Apache location measured my feet on their machine and the sales person helped me get into the proper fit for my Iron Rangers and Moc Toe boots. They called other locations for stock checks and held what I needed. They offered to install speed hooks for a minimal price and got them done for me same day. Customer service it self will have me coming back to these locations.

I returned to the store having fit issues with my recent purchase ! After speaking with associate and manager which both went out of there way to get a proper fitting boot for me they traded in my old pair for a new correct size! I thoroughly enjoy the shopping experience with a hands on proper fit and feel environment! I have frequent this store annually just for this reason. I tell as many people as I can about this location and the manager who has gone out of his way to establish the customer relationships with having good employees and and welcoming environment

Cassidy took all the time to answers my questions and concerns. The shies are an investment in health and comfort but, I was unsure of Red Wing shoes. She changed my mind and I am very happy and looking forward to my next pair.

The young lady was very patient, friendly, & professional. She never pressured us to buy any products & allowed us to get digital images done of our feet-myself, my granddaughter & daughter-in-law. I intend to return soon to buy a pair of shoes because of her customer service. Highly recommend visiting this store. The products were top brands & were reasonably priced.

I was really impressed that my visit wasnt just, what do you like, lets try them on. The fact that Redwing scans your feet and pressure points before you do anything to really lock in whats best, amazed me. The boots I initially came to see, happen to fit in what worked best based off the scan. They were comfortable and fit perfectly. I will definitely be back for my next pair.The salesman that helped me was also great, very helpful and personable- unfortunately I don’t remember his name.
