Walked in and was Greeted Right Away told them what I was looking for She Showed me Several Different Shoes That Fit my needs Explained the Difference Between Each Shoe I Picked one She Got it I tried it on and was Very Pleased With It she then asked if I needed anything else I told her I needed the insoles that I had purchased before she looked it up in the computer and got those for me as well it was an excellent Experience and I highly recommend them

Recently I purchased a pair of Vasque shoes at the N Rancho store. My first time here - in a very short time in the store I found the perfect shoe, just what I was looking for. The best part of the experience was the sales person - Mindy Williams - smart, knowledgeable, very professional. I will definitely return!

I should of got her name. She is about 5' 10". She was not helpful and I feel that she was rushing me out of the store. Time to look elsewhere

I just have to share my husband's and my experience at this store. Laurie is incredible! She is knowledgeable (amazingly so) and patiently answered the many questions we asked. She is professional and personable. A true asset to the store!P.S. Mindy is great too!P.P.S. The foot scanning was next level. We're looking forward to ordering custom insoles.
